Pulled in to pump gas and man came and stood at my door. He said he pumped the gas . He also washed my windshield which was funny because it was pouring rain. So, when I went in he was also there waiting for tip. Restrooms are outside on side of building. Not clean, but not dirty either. read more

SO AWESOME! I pulled up fully expecting to get out and pump my own gas. And to my surprise, a gentleman came up to the window and told me that they do it for me. Full service included a sponge wipe of my windshield and a brown paper towel dry. I'd rather have looked around the bugs instead of the smeared windshield. Glad I paid a premium for that kind of service. read more

Wow - it had been YEARS since I have seen a full service gas station. Friendly service- they even used a small ladder to clean both front and rear windows. Very clean restrooms- open - hard to find during virus times. A convience store, with lots of locally cooked food. I didn't partake in any of them. read more

Amazing team there!! They pump you gas, wash your windshield, clean the restrooms constantly and if you don't want to hit all the tourist traps they have the fudge and fish you would want anyhow. Great employees!!! One stop shop before you go over bridge. read more

Drove up from Detroit in less than favorable conditions so by the time I got to Mackinac I was past caring about pretty much everything. Got out of the car, went in for coffee and a sugar-bomb, paid for gas and left. Didn't dawn on me until I made the Soo that I didn't pump my gas which was odd since I'm usually pretty good about that sort of thing. On the way down I noticed that there was other and cheaper gas to be had but that would have cost me some time and left me chilled and smelling of fuel. Maybe not be the best deal everyday but it was a bargain that day. read more

I was quite confused when I first pulled up that there was an employee that ran up and greeted me at the pump. I was confused and asked if I was supposed to pump the gas myself or not. He was very nice and said that I was welcome to pump my own but they offer full service there just to be nice. I let him fill the tank and while it was filling, him and another worker grabbed some paper towels and cleaned all the bugs off my windshield. They were very nice and even offered to give me directions but I didn't need any. I wish every station had service like this one. They didn't solicit me for a tip but I left them a much deserved one anyway. read more

Scam artist, post the price of fuel oil on marquee below the cost of regular gas which is .70 higher. Attendants very quick to assist you in pumping gas before you see the inflated price on the pump. Full service, yes, but at a cost of $5.00 on a 12 gal. fill-up compared to the the station down the street. read more

The sign by the highway showed a gas price 40 cents lower than the price at the pump. Buyer beware...

I bought gas here. I was surprised how well my car ran and how my life changed after I filled it up at this gas station compared to other gas stations I had been going to. Upon starting my Honda Accord after filling up, it turned into a sports car before my very eyes. I looked in the mirror and all of my gray hair turned black and my receding hairline had grown back in. The hair I had when I was 25 was back. Will for sure get gas at this place again when in Michigan. I'm back home now, my car is back to normal and I'm gray and losing my hair. read more

Way over priced!!!! .30 cents more per gallon than the next gas station. A little trickery with signage. Rude attendants and staff.

Beware that the price you see on the sign ($2.79 on 6/28/15) was $3.09 at the pump- 30 cent difference. A guy is quick to run up and pump the gas for you and offer to fill the tank, hoping you don't notice the price on the pump is not what you thought. I got nailed a few yrs ago and noticed it happening again when I stopped today. I caught him and told him to pump $20. At least I got my windshield cleaned for an extra $2.50 I hate gas stations that do that. I believe the price they show is for Kerosene and not Regular.... read more

Cheaper than the other stations. and bonus! We found out that they are full service. How cool. Most people under 30 don't know but every gas station used to offer full service- where they pump your gas for you and clean the windshield. You usually paid a higher price to get full service. This place does it for everyone for free! Great idea and I hope more people visit this place because of the exceptional service. read more

Literally the sweetest folks at this station. We didn't have any cash to tip with, but they still insisted on giving us the full-serve treatment. They'll fill your tank and clean your windshield just out of the kindness of their hearts. If we didn't live in Charlotte, NC, I'd come back here all the time! read more

False advertising. $2.49 on the sign but $2.89 at the pump. Full serve the only option. They're nice and all but it's a tourist trap.

We were in mackinaw city got fuel there their sign said 2.19 a gallon when you pulled in a silver dodge was sitting there in the outside lane making you automatically pull in to inside lane where gas was 2.59 a gallon and full service ,after watching the gas station for the 5 days we were there, the silver dodge hadn't moved so IT IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF!!! Pulled in for a fill up on the way home from the island. Didn't expect full service - but there they were - filled the tank and cleaned the windshield. Even took my payment in for me and brought back my receipt. Tipped them as well I should, but they were really friendly. Very Misleading! I stopped there yesterday after getting back from Mackinac Island. I noticed 2.19 for what I thought was regular unleaded. But when I pulled up I noticed a bunch of guys running around in red shirts. That was my first "red flag" (pun intended). I inched in front of one of the gas pumps and looked at the price. It was far different than the price at the pump. When I questioned one of the attendants, he responded with a smart ass answer and said "read the sign"....I said ok...it says 2.19....He said in a more smart ass tone...."read the sign". Low and behold, the fine print says "propane". WOW! Who does this? everyone knows that the price for unleaded is usually at the top. I got so frustrated that I wanted to get out of the car and knock his tooth out. But the wife kept telling me to just forget it and leave. read more

They stole our gas cap on our brand new car. Only filled up 3 times and 2 were at this gas station. Incredibly rude management. No problem solving. Just mean and rude people. Citgo should be ashamed. read more
