Doud's is a small market, but it has lots of stuff. As far as I know, this is one of the only markets on Mackinac Island. There actually is another Doud's down Main Street toward the ferry area, but it's a smaller grab-and-go convenience store, mostly with snacks and coffee. My hotel was right across the street, so I bopped into Doud's a couple of times during my stay, to grab a bottle of wine (they have a decent selection of wine), some candy for my kids, and some fruit because I needed to eat something fresh. The store is tidy and everything is arranged nicely. They also have self-checkout kiosks, so you can get in and out quickly.

Surely they aren't giving out coffees everyday. I approached the register with card in hand and the new fellow says "just coffee this morning" and I said "yes". He said "have a nice morning". No charge again. Not sure what the policy is at EZ Mart but I like their style. My tank was at 2/3 but I topped off while there because of the free coffee. Maybe that's the end game.
