Their price was more than fair for what they did, their quality of work, their work speed and finished product. Easy to deal with from start to finish. As of March 20, 2026, there is grass growing coming from underneath the turf. The cement has unending powdered sand on top. We are very disappointed with the work. They did such a BAD job. I wouldn't recommend Kingdom Construction to my worst enemy. My husband has contacted Kingdom Construction owned by Juan Salinas. Jaun's reply was when he would get a chance he would get to it. The works he did was: gives you 3-D imaging of your vision before starting...leveling the yard, laying brick, pouring concrete (not buying the slabs), detailed water system, timing the water system, picking up all supplies, placing decorative stone walls, planting the trees & flora chosen, pouring wheel barrow after wheel barrow of decorative rock. Laid sod as well. Placed beautiful lighting. It's a work of art! 5. Every single day, the worksite was cleaned up, & placed under the patio nice & neat.
