Both campuses has the same curriculum and care. I really appreciate the Miss Judy. She is head of the place and is such a joy. You can tell that she takes great pride and care in her job. I called this location and was told there was availability. I didn't want to risk losing the spot so I told the director I would like to tour and put a deposit down. I couldn't find any reviews online or on FB so I asked a local community page for reviews. Three prev employees direct messaged me and shared why they didn't believe I should trust the peacocks plume for care. I was shocked when one told me 'the teachers know where the blind spots are for cameras' and shared a couple incidents where children have been left outside accidentally, there have been physical altercations, and more. There were also 2 parents I spoke with. Apparently, even in the Florida heat - kids don't get offered water through out the day? That's just crazy. When I called peacocks plume to rescind my application due to neg reviews I've seen, she didn't seem to mind. Just to hold a spot you have to pay 150$ - no refunds. I have been paying tuition for my kids on time like I always do. Regrettably, we recently received some bad news that will affect the my family's financial situation. As we prepare for tough times ahead, as many families are, we started making calls to try and get out in front of this before it gets too bad. Everyone I spoke with had procedures in place to help with situations like mine. Every call I made helped me, that is until I called my kids day care, Discovery Point. They couldn't have cared less about what my family was about to go through. They just sited their policy which it states of we unenroll them, we will still have to pay for two full weeks for both kids. We didn't mind paying for the weeks we chose not to send them because we could afford it and knew that Discovery Point had bills to pay as well. You really find out who people are when it comes down to it. Just beware!

There is a parent portal and even a curriculum portal. It is wonderful to have this type of transparency with the care of my child. Payments are weekly along with a small (compared to others) annual fee. They have a secure door (with pass code) with the door handle up high so the little ones cannot accidentally get out. Food and snacks are included in cost. They have great family events as well! We are excited to continue care for our son here for as long as possible.
