They are the best, loving, caring, and incredible teachers who genuinely pour their hearts into everything they do. Never had a day where my kid was good today always had something to say about behavior and disciplinaries that should be followed at home, yet upon return home I notice none of the feedback the teachers give me or other parents. most staff will watch your kids outside of the building for cheaper as well so what's the point of the facility when I have an employee come cut my grapes for my son at home yet the facility can't cut grapes, provide the safety for my child let alone look after them. I am typing this up as a frustrated parent in concern that there needs to be entire overhaul of their curriculums, as well as replacing majority of the staff with people capable and sensible of not only working with our children but also able to work cohesively as a team and make proactive contributions to the lives of our children by inspiring and instructing them, Not being upset at the parents for not providing the necessities that should have already been provided.

The teachers are warm and friendly. as a first year I could suggest you to be sure about the school year days. They are not a day care. So they have spring break, and a couple weeks off as the students regularly have . They have summer camp that helps. but is not all summer . I called this location and was told there was availability. I didn't want to risk losing the spot so I told the director I would like to tour and put a deposit down. I couldn't find any reviews online or on FB so I asked a local community page for reviews. Three prev employees direct messaged me and shared why they didn't believe I should trust the peacocks plume for care. I was shocked when one told me 'the teachers know where the blind spots are for cameras' and shared a couple incidents where children have been left outside accidentally, there have been physical altercations, and more. There were also 2 parents I spoke with. Apparently, even in the Florida heat - kids don't get offered water through out the day? That's just crazy. When I called peacocks plume to rescind my application due to neg reviews I've seen, she didn't seem to mind. Just to hold a spot you have to pay 150$ - no refunds. My child absolutely adores her and she cares so much about the children she cares for. All the teacher here are truly wonderful and have helped ease my anxiety about putting my child in daycare. They have live view cameras once your child is checked in and it's comforting knowing I can spy on my child and see what they are up to. They have a good curriculum for the children and my child is actually learning while he is here.

Horrific. Do not bring your baby here. They lay the baby's out on the floor all day and step over…read morethem while they cry. They force feed them by holding the baby's chin and shoving the food in and you can tell the baby doesn't want it. I was horrified watching my grandson in this place. I saw a little baby on the floor with this thick rubber boppy thing around their head. They could not move to roll over or see anything but the sides of this thing. The baby cried in this thing for over a half hour. They saw the baby but just walked by. No one went to see if the baby was OK or to console her. My grandson was left in a crib crying hysterically for at least 25 minutes. We told them he has disabilities. He is missing a quarter of his brain and aspirates while eating. He was in the highchair being force fed and banging the back of his head against the back of the highchair when they let go of his chin. I called and yelled stop feeding him, you could kill him by doing that. Needless to say he will not be going back, he didn't even last a week. I feel sorry for all the other baby's. Families should watch the monitors they will not like what they see.
