Based on the service of trying to book them. I didn't hire them based on the window booking I was given and not that they were rude or anything. Sharing my inquiries experience only. The interaction was all by email. I had some concerns or questions but felt like they were straight forward with their prices but I was not sure on which bar rental I was getting based on description and photos. I asked for clarification but no reply and then got a follow-up email if we had any questions. I had replied back that I needed more time to decide. I didn't get any reply like they would want to talk to me to help go over any questions or get more details. The pricing seemed okay for what I was quoted. We were going to go with them, but just felt like they rush you to make a decision and if its not within the deadline to sign the contract they ignore you. Wedding planning is very stressful enough and I just think its a decision my partner and I can't just make immediately. Plus, I am a pregnant bride so a lot of times I am extremely tired so deciding on stuff seems to be harder to discuss with my partner right away. I wish the business was more mindful that some clients can't just sign a contract blindly within 72 hours and haven't even gotten the chance to talk on the phone with you. read more

I was referred to Value Bar Services by a colleague to help host my company's 2019 Christmas Party. Valerie and her team of bartenders had provided my guests an excellent time and experience they had never had before. Our office has a big parking lot so I booked their custom horse trailer decorated with Christmas Lights, and balloons. I used VBS recently for my fiancé's 30th! Requested Valerie and she took every safety precaution due to COVID! I felt very safe and comfortable. I bought all the alcohol and mixers, and Val set the whole bar area up and even helped me put drinks in the fridge. My husband and I hosted a wedding in October and hired Valerie & Value Bar Services back in Feb/March and it was one of the best vendor decisions we could've made. Our entire suite of vendors were COMPLETE rockstars and yet Value Bar Services stood out amongst them all. Valerie was so easy to work with and she always puts our best interest first, it comes off in her words & especially her actions. The fact that she was staying in such close contact with me as early as March - so responsive and helpful was remarkable. I am pretty particular about details and organization, and she did not mind at all. She was extremely flexible. Even at the last minute, I was unable to pick up a few things and she happened to be shopping for other pieces and provided solutions to make sure I could get things delivered and set-up in time. Lastly, despite how particular I was about my organization... I didn't realize until the day of the wedding that my bar close-time was 2 hours earlier than what we had planned (because I forgot to update the contract). They made NO fuss about it, flagged it with our planner and happily stayed the extra time and we reimbursed later! Valerie and her team knew how to take care of us as a couple and she truly cared and added to this special day of ours. Our bartenders Ingrid & Casey were also incredible - remembering names, orders, and making the experience so pleasant. Book them before they are taken up!
