Nicest laundromat in Roseburg area! Clean and well cared for, attendant knowledgeable and very helpful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was having issues with the washing machine and needed help which he did help me, but then when changing my dollar coins to quarters, (like he had just told me to use quarters instead of dollar coins) the machine glitched and only gave me 1 quarter for a whole dollar coin. I told the front desk and they accused me of lying and wouldn't help me. They were so condescending. My husband called them trying to figure out what was going on and they denied everything & said they get lots of druggies here so they have a hard rule not to help anyone with change problems. Worst customer service ever. If you treat everyone like they're a criminal, all the good honest people won't patron your business. Do better and don't talk down to your customers like they're idiots. read more

They are clean and very friendly and are really happy to help you. They are a full service you can drop your laundry off and they will wash and dry and fold it goes the by the pound I think. They always have employees here read more

Value Clean is the Best Laundromat in the Roseburg, OR area! If you have overstuffed comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, etc. they have big enough washers and dryers that will wash them properly. Value Clean has employees that go above and beyond. They are constantly cleaning and attending to their tasks. They are always friendly and accommodating to their patrons. They have drop-off laundry service as well. The staff is a reflection of the owner, who is very nice and welcoming. One day he even passed out 'free wash cards' to customers. Whenever his machines need servicing, they are fixed in a timely manner. The new dryers are amazing! The laundromat itself is spacious, with many area to fold your clothes, vending machines, water fill-up filtration, a kid area, and a bathroom. read more

I've never used a laundromat before and tend to get very overwhelmed and stressed in busy and unfamiliar places but the staff here was so kind and helpful. They walked me through how to use their machines and my clothes came out really nice. Someone is always cleaning and even though it was 90 degrees today it was cool and comfortable inside. Really awesome place if you need to wash your clothes. They also have washing services where you can drop off your clothes and pick them up cleaned and folded. read more

We got turned onto this laundromat by my daughter's roommate. He recommended it because we could use the free Internet there. I loaded up three loads of laundry and my daughter's bedding and went over. The woman working there was the most friendly person I've ever expected to meet in a laundromat! She helped me figure out the machines and load everything correctly. She told me I could go out and have lunch or do some shopping and she would take care of my clothes while I was gone. It's a sparkling clean space with Internet, restrooms and even coffee! About $3.50 will do an average load, including drying. There are coin machines on the premises, so you don't have to worry about having correct change. Just show up between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm. The last load goes in at 7:30 for a 9:00 closing time. read more

your attendant was very rude to us tonight. we put a load in and it was set wrong and i asked her if i could get it fixed. i told het it was set at 3 and i tried to change it to 1. it showed i changed it to 1 and the machine asked for more money so i put in a quarter and it changed the setting to 9 on me without me pushing 9 after glitching to say 80¢. she said the only thing to do was to let it wash and she would refund the money we paid for the wash she then came back with 50¢. i asked what 50¢ was for, because the wash was $5.75. and she rudely said im refunding you for the extra money you paid as she stared off into the distance instead of at me. so we waited out the cycle and then had to wash the clothes again. i paid another $5.50. we did a total of four washes, plus that extra wash. she never said the wash would make it past the time to close. the last time we came we were told last wash was at 730 but if clothes were in dryer we could get when done. we put the clothes in the dryer set at 40 min. we came back as soon as our laundry was up. i actually set my timer for 5 min earlier. she greeted us at the door rudely with some of our clothes in carts. i told her the sign says doirs lock at 9 or sooner, and last load at 730. she rudely said signs are everywhere. so at this point i told her i wanted her name because she has been rude to us all night she said aja and slammed the door on us. we spent over $30 on laundry our clothes were still wet and she put them in dirty carts after touching them with her dirty hands. we now have to pay to wash all our clothes again at another laundromat. i was so satisfied the first time we went, this was only our second time. your attendant did not have to be rude. she could have been professional. she could have told us if we washed the clothes a second time they would be shuttinf the doors right at 730. she watched us put in the clothes into the dryer and she just glared at us instead. read more

This place is the only decent laundromat in town. Air conditioned, wifi avail (slow tho), tv with football, and plenty of space to fold clothes or sit. The staff is super friendly and is always cleaning, so you know this place is sanitary. Usually get a full load washed and dried for about $5-6. Not bad! read more

WOW...I am, and will be in Roseburg on business periodically for the next few months. Dropped of my laundry for full service and picked it back up same day. Young Ladies working here are extremely professional, service is fast and affordable. Now if I can only figure out a way to air drop my laundry here on a regular basis...maybe build a heli pad in the parking lot. read more

For the 3rd time late opening the doors. Floors are once again filthy as in nobody swept last. Tables had dog hair all over and kinda funny the lady who opens was a little slow opening but she already had 2 loads going by 10 minutes. Why is this place starting to go down hill? Best self help laundry I've ever been to. I had no idea what to do to wash my heavy bedspread but Pam, one of the employees there (they have a staff person on duty all hours they are open) was incredible ! Friendly & helpful, didn't want me to waste any money or time so she suggested the best machine for the job. this is far and above, the best place in town for a laundromat. clean, clean, clean. working change machines, several machines for vending soap products. last time i wanted something a little closer, and stopped and THREE different laundromats in roseburg. two of them i didn't get out of the car, and the one i walked in, had more machines not working than the working ones. done looking. this one is a couple of miles further, but worth the drive for me. done deal. read more

This is indeed the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen, plus the folks who work here are uber friendly. There are machines for the smallest to the 75 pound loads. Sorry, if your dryer breaks down ( or you go to a hot spring or jump into one of the local water ways fully clothed) you cannot bring your clothes here for dryer-only services due to sanitation reasons. I don't mind coming here to do laundry. I can watch tv, get on the internet and wash and dry at the same time. read more

I was short for time working 8 days with 1 day off and had plans for that day. I was searching for a place to take my laundry and to it myself. I found Value Clean which offers a wash and fold service. This was perfect and fit into my schedule and budget for laundry for the week. I was super pleased with my service and very pleased with the environment. It is very clean and well maintained. Many many machines available for use at all times and always very clean.
