I thought that was a legal requirement in Canada, but maybe I'm mistaken. I had to take my daughter outside while my mom waited with our stuff and change her diaper in the trunk of my car. I can't imagine what a huge hassle that would be for someone who a) didn't drive or took transit here, or b) was visiting the store without another adult and had to change a diaper in the middle of shopping. It would be so, so simple for them to add a change table to the washroom. Please do. Value Village has become insanely overpriced in the last 5-10 years. We found a few decent items, but some of the prices in there are absolutely atrocious - the same and sometimes even more than what they were originally sold for! I wish the other thrift stores had an easier drop off method, because I could prefer to donate to them instead of here, but VV wins on their ease of donation.

I left them, they emailed me a detailed receipt as well as a hard copy and emailed when the boots were ready. I just had to pick up. The place has some cool items in there and they have items to care for shoes. They can repair and make all things leather. So glad I found this place and it was recommended to me. It is selfish that this company takes advantage of people trying to run away from the high cost of society. Also, having no change rooms is ridiculous! I went to purchase a pair of pants, and they only have self-checkout open which is yet again ridiculous as they have an employee standing right behind you to make sure people aren't switching the tags. I don't understand the point of that and having no trust in your customers. How about we hire real people in need of work and put them at a cash register so they can ensure no switched tags. Half of the stuff is used crap in poor condition, but one could put together a decent cheap outfit if they really search. Also good place to buy toys for kids at cheap prices. Lots of toys.
