Asked for recommendations for a company to get an over-sized, incredibly heavy clothes washer up the stairs. Someone recommended these guys. They came by same afternoon, and my initial reaction was disappointment - two rather skinny young men (I was really hoping for Incredible Hulk types) and I knew there was a behemoth of an appliance that looked out of their league. Nope. These guys handled it like real pros, with a sense of humor and iron will. I honestly expected them to tell me the job was too much and not worth it, but they got that monster up the stairs, unhooked and replaced the old one. They were super polite, apologizing when some water spilled on the floor from my old washer, and so on...
