I remember having a few questions the first time we met and they simply replied "we got this, it's what we do", it was nice to go home knowing that they would handle all the details. If you care about your car and your safety this is the place to go, they go above and beyond simply fixing the dent including checking to make sure that there isn't more damage you can't see from the outside and checking your sensors/cameras/safety systems so that they continue to work the way they are designed to.
