This is what caused high pressure explosion under hood 1 hour into my 14 hour trip. It was a hot drive down to Texas this year! Beware of this mechanic!!! Milking and bleeding customers by doing half-work. Kinda like installing a new tire and only putting 10 pounds of air knowing it needs 35 pounds and sending customer out the door. There were a few people ahead of me but their waiting area is very comfortable with large couches, a TV and coffee for customers. The service was speedy and the cost was very reasonable (under $10). I would definitely recommend Pueblo's and I think they might be one of the only auto shops in town that do this sort of inspection. Because of our great experience with them we would consider taking our vehicles to them for other maintenance as well.

You sit down you realize you are getting gouged. "unavoidable fees" in the initial buying process that put business overhead on the backs of consumers paying thousands in added fees for a sticker and a paint coating.My vehicle had been in shop since middle December, and it was mentioned it would be about two weeks before it could be looked at this was understandable given the holiday. My vehicle was left until mid January until a warranty representative could come assess as the service writer went on vacation, and nobody was delegated to monitor her messages. Only after my husband and I called multiple times and eventually went in person to get clarification. The labor hours in question were not represented in a clear/ concise manner and only in hand written add in notes. When I requested clarification total work hours were not explained in a way that made the labor bill feel comprehensive. After confirmation my car then sat for a few more weeks while other vehicles took priority. In total 3 months. You need more labor force and more repair housing if you are going to utilize customer service to add money the backs of your patrons. Small businesses are being ousted more and more by easier internet processes and less cost to the consumer. If small businesses are going to compete there has to be an edge that puts you above the cost efficiency, and that is in efficient customer care and no nonsense approach to business. I'd rather have an OTD price and not a back and forth on non-negotiable dealer fees and months long repair service. I will not purchase another vehicle from you, but I'm absolutely hoping for the best for you because if auto service and vehicle purchase becomes automated also... we are in trouble.

Bay Auto provided me with nothing but honest, friendly, thorough, and amazing service…read more I had been getting hit over the head by another vehicle repair company, and so many people kept telling me "take it to Bay Auto," but I had been so busy I just went with what I knew. Recently, I had my vehicle at the other repair shop, they wanted to charge me for the following (their words verbatim via text message) "The hourly charge is 159. We would need to change out the brake fluid. The part is 97.95. It also calls for 4 hours to replace that hose. So the total after parts, labor and tax is $1,169.35." I knew right then in there I needed to get my vehicle to Bay Auto. I called Bay Auto, Tim answered right away and told me "bring it in, and we will take a look at it and take care of you." I had my vehicle towed to Bay Auto, and from there they took care of everything over the phone for me. My car stayed parked in their garage safe over the weekend. Come Monday afternoon Tim calls and tells me the exact same issue with my car but the price is $356.89!!!!!! My HEART DROPPED and I cried tears of joy. The relief I had was so indescribable. I had been stressing on how in the world I was going to come up with the funds. I didn't need to stress anymore because BAY AUTO was taking care of my vehicle at a way more reasonable price. I told Tim my car was about to hit 100,000 and my vehicle app kept telling me to refer to the handbook. Tim told me he would check it out, take a look at what needs to be done then get back with me. Next day Tim called me and let me know everything looked good but the handbook does recommend a transmission flush but it was completely up to me if I wanted Bay Auto to do it now or come back at another time. I told Tim to go head and knock it out, and they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Here is my experience with In And Out Auto. First off their towing service is good I would…read morerecommend the J Hook Towing. My truck was/is having some electrical issues which caused it to stop working while driving down SPID, I had it towed to In and Out to have this issue diagnosed and repaired. The mechanic found some wires that had been chewed on by a mouse/rat which they did provide pictures of so I am thinking so far so good, also there was a blown fuse. I was told the fuse was replaced and the damaged wires have been replaced as well and the truck starts but there are still some codes showing up on the scanner. The code was for a bad cam shaft sensor. Sensor was replaced no labor charges for that so I am still thinking so far so good. I pay my bill- which was $473.55 and go pick up my truck. I opened the hood to check out the "New wiring" the new wires were simply spliced and electrical taped back together- that was a 2 hour labor charge. After picking it up I take it to an Autozone and have them hook a scanner up to the vehicle to check the codes, exact same code comes up- Bad Cam Shaft Sensor. So my truck was at this shop for a total of five days, I spent nearly $500 for some electrical tape and the exact same engine codes that were showing up the first day I dropped it off. Their communication to and towards me as a customer was lacking at best, I would call a few times a day to check the status and I would be lucky to get ahold of anyone.
