I heard the phone call to set the appointment where he asked about oil change cost AND if they rotate tires, a brand they sell but we didn't buy there, which was disclosed on phone call, and was told 'yes, they would rotate them for free if he got oil changed. He did not ask when he dropped car off as we thought it was 'already determined'...then was charged $24. The staff on duty was not willing to adjust it. Well, thanks. DISCOUNT TIRES will rotate your tires for free even if you aren't buying a service or item from them. Update next day. Manager was contacted and agreed. It will be refunded.

They able to get our car in right away, diagnose the problem--a faulty sensor, get the part from another location, fix the issue, and get us back on the road in just over two hours. Instead of waiting in the shop, one of the guys drove us to a local diner so we could have breakfast. Not only was it incredible service, but they only charged us for the part and a half-hour of labor! I almost feel like we were lucky to have the problem in Onalaska so we could receive the excellent service from Dee's Auto Care Specialists.

The bill was $200 for just the lug nuts. When we complained the lady said they were swollen which isn't what I was told. The swollen issue is known to Ford so basically they are passing the cost of their crappy lug nuts on to the customer. Although we have always bought all our cars and children's car from the Onalaska location I was lied to and over charged; and will not purchase another car from them nor use their service.

I was able to get a last minute appointment with ease which was awesome. Paul greeted me and was very nice and helpful, checking me in and making sure I was updated on the status of my vehicle. I was scared I was going to get pressured into walking out of there with new tires (that I didn't need); instead, he gave me an honest opinion and left it at that which is very hard to come by these days. These ppl could not get alternator fixed on my car about 4-5 yrs ago. it may have had something to do w/car bt radio I had installed in May2021. I may never know now they stole my car cuz local pd called them to tow it. After calling DMV 3-4x now, I find out Dons towing reported as salvage as of 10/18/2024, yet it's still titled to me, what?! I know and all the hardship added to my life because of this, is insane! They never work arrangement w/me after I went into business Idk 5-6x once I realized it was towed. I only hope and pray I see justice soon.

We explained to the owner that we had no tools to remove the old battery. The let us use their tools and he gave us a new battery (of course we paid of it) and replaced the dead battery and the car started right up. We went back and returned the tools and thanked the owner, who told us he could not change the battery in the car off premises for legal reasons.
