While having my car worked on at this place yesterday, the man that pulled me in and started…read moreworking on my car was doing great. Asked me a preference for tire pressure or if there was anything extra he could help me with. All in all he was very professional and done a great job. I'm guessing it was the manager, he had on a red and black outfit. He kept belittling and just treating the man working on my car like he was just stupid. I know the man was very embarrassed, because I even felt uncomfortable and felt bad for him. They made him clean my windows after I specifically asked him not to but I told him to go ahead so he didn't get into trouble and I also told him I am sorry for the way he was being treated the way they were treating him. When the young man walked out of the garage, not sure if he was taking lunch or where he went, but I heard them talking about him and laughing. I just felt very bad for him, and I think the manager and a couple more there were very degrading. Very Unprofessional Place!

At first I thought they were great. I had an oil change. Then I opened my hood after getting home…read more I noticed that they didn't put the cap back on the oil. I called to tell them. They seem like they were friendly and professional. And said they would give me a free tuneup. So I returned. Because I needed struts and shocks all around then I had them install new high Performance Monroe struts and shocks.again very nice and friendly. Now I know why. They did halfway. The rear springs both sides were cut with a torch! And the struts were not new. No wonder they were so nice. But I was going to call them to schedule another oil change. They never called me back or responded to my messages. Because I without realizing what they did. Found out 1 1/2 later. So just case any mechanic is extra nice and friendly. Be very cautious and alert. Check out their work before driving away.
