The tech said "okay," but the receipt shows I was charged for Auto Ace 5W30 Syn Blend (more expensive) and a Mighty M4612SP filter--which is the wrong type for my car (Subaru 3.6R uses a cartridge filter, not spin-on). When I returned immediately to point this out, they claimed they "don't make conventional anymore--only semi or full synthetic," yet their website still advertises "The Regional" package with conventional oil. They gave no clear explanation for the wrong filter and refused to fix or refund the difference.

Ed said over the phone if I showed up, they'd help us do everything. Appointment wasn't officially scheduled until 2:28 for that 12 appointment which makes 0 sense unless you're a time traveler. They put a new tire on and disposed of the old one for $107. I had to do everything else out front on my own, in the snow/sleet. They helped get the lug nuts to torque spec for free at least, when I pulled around. But, I feel I should've been deducted the labor charge after all of that and only paid for the tire itself. I get that you're busy, but it seems painfully obvious that you're prioritizing higher paying clients and not an emergency who needs to drive another 180 miles to get home. Thanks, but no thanks.

Do not call your customers "babe", or touch their legs, or invite them over after your shift is over. No one wants that and it paints a poor picture of their employees and the company itself. I'm incredibly disturbed about my time spent here and I refused to let them service my car not only for the outrageous prices but also the despicable customer interaction. I cannot believe how this employee treated me and the blatant disregard for personal space or appropriate customer relations. I'd give this place 0/5 stars if I could.
