The result was a complete failure of one of the tires from over tightening of the lug nuts which caused the lug bolts to sheer off while she was driving which almost caused her to wreck with a trailer in tow. she was stuck on the side of the freeway in Chicago for five hours waiting for a tow truck. After spending nearly $3,000 dollars on repairs and tow bill I called the owner of complete auto in Moose Lake MN to see if he would be willing to reimburse us, which he said he would. Since then he has never returned a single phone call or accepted one from me. Complete Auto still has not reimbursed us for the error that was made that could have injured my wife and child. Hopefully this will help a person avoid a similar situation we are dealing with.
