I've spent countless hours researching both "online" and local fresh seafood. I placed a order for fresh crawfish (sold in 2 ish or 5 ish Lb ziplock bags) boiled with all the amazing fixings which consisted of soft buttery melt in your mouth potatoes, Cajun smoked with flavor and not just heat sausage, an array of onions and vegetables that were infused with flavors that continued to build and did not disappoint in taste. Boudreaux' displays such a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere that it's a hard sell to believe that this is actually a place of business. What with the inviting atmosphere and the gang sitting around the table in the back of a business eating crab legs, my mistake crawfish. Along with the precious babies running around, add a Beautiful friendly dog the size of Marmaduke and what do you have?? Louisiana in the great state of Georgia!!!!! Will I be back???
