Love the color combination of the restaurant...clean and sleek but cozy. Tried the Spicy Tuna/Spicy Salmon bowl and was very impressed by the quality of the meat as well as the amount of food you get for the price. I loved the textures of the different vegetables- damage, sweet onions, and thinly sliced cucumbers. Enjoyed getting bites with the crunchy onions! They are very nice and service was fast. They let you customize your bowl so I added jalepenos and they had a nice kick. Everything is mixed with a sauce of your choice but I let them do what would traditionally come on this and it was evenly distributed with sweet teriyaki and spicy mayo. Added some kimchi to the side at the end....food was superb. Sushi rice was cooked perfectly. Great portions, good quality, and clean eating for a really good price. I will definitely be back to try other options...maybe a hot dish next time. Run...dont walk to try this place!!

They lured me in with the free sample bowl. Man, all of the ingredients in that sample bowl were FRESH and super yummy. They have a huge variety of toppings and sauces that I haven't seen at other poke places in Augusta. They'll basically put whatever you want in the sample bowl for you to try, which is nice. I especially like how they put the protein, solid vegetable/fruit toppings, and sauces together in a separate tray and mix them up before placing it on top of your base. That saves me the problem I tend to run into at other poke places where my bowl is overloaded with toppings, and I have no room to mix them around to get everything I want in one bite. Portions are large. Service is solid. Got spicy salmon as my protein, and the salmon had no fishy aftertaste (which can be common in fish that have been marinating in any kind of sauce). Everything looked clean. Loved the variety of drinks and snacks/desserts they offered. Location is also fantastic since I can stop by while getting my Rx next door at Publix. Overall beautiful 5/5 will be back again!

I have been in Augusta for six years, and this is BY FAR the best poke in the city for the best price. I was thrilled when I heard it was opening, and the place absolutely lives up to the hype. The quality of the fish and other ingredients is 10/10, and they are very generous with portions. However, the best part of this place is the owners and staff! They are absolutely wonderful and so sweet. I loved chatting with them and will definitely be back. There is ample parking and seating, and I will definitely be back!!!

This is my favorite poke place in augusta. I stumbled upon them while going to shop at Publix. I ordered a make your own bowl with tuna and the fish tasted very fresh. I usually prefer salmon but this tuna here tasted better than the salmon. I love how they have so many toppings to choose from and a lot of sauces to pick from too. The guy making my bowl was also very nice. Price is also very reasonable for the amount of food you get!

    It's so good too

So good! I ordered on UberEats and picked up/ate in. It was ready in under 20 minutes too

We travel a lot, and poke places are one of our go-tos. Build Yo Poke is the best poke place we've experienced outside of Hawaii. The menu was creative and offered many options. We loved the sauce combos in the designed bowls. The build-your-own options had many different options. We were lucky to meet the owner, who is very nice and honest. You can't go wrong here!

I've visited Augusta many times and did not see this place before. Out of all the poké places here (there isn't much) this is the best new poké place in town! Everything tastes so fresh and amazing. +My only complaint is how small the portion is for the crab. I was not expecting a mountain of crab, but as you can see in my photo the scoop size for extra crab is the same as 1 plastic spoon which is a lot less than what I expected.

Fresh ingredients. Good price points. Had the Vegan bowl. Very tasty. Would suggest more beverage options. Not a fan of the prepackaged additional menu items. Clean restaurant.

Boba is terrible here. Ordered a taro boba slush and tasted more like a water down taro drink. Boba is old(hard and chewy).

Starting with our drinks, we both had coffee-which I would return for the coffee alone! It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! We had a server in training, so two servers! Both were outstanding! Quick to refill our drinks and remove plates that were empty. The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! With permission, personally, I would suggest they rename their Sunday Brunch to "Soul-filled Sunday Brunch" because #1 I left ready to go to sleep! #2 I had a religious experienced during that meal, in blessings and dining I have only ever had at Church Potlucks! #3 It elevated some fancy and some common foods to such heights, I was expect to be hearing gospel music while I ate! #4 Personally, I hope heaven's banquet table is much like today's-full of love, flavor and most importantly-community! Everyone from other diners enjoying their brunch to servers, sous chefs to the top man himself-not one person wasn't smiling from ear to ear. It's been near a decade since I've seen that many smiling people all in one place! While I will have to limit how often I come for Brunch lest my clothes start shrinking! Edgar's by far, takes the trophy for elevated dining experiences in Augusta, Ga! Best of all, a percentage of all their sales goes back directly into Helms College (located in the same shopping center.) Helms college offers hands-on education in culinary arts, health services, and industrial trades like HVAC/R. Keep up the amazing work, I eagerly look forward to dining with you again!

The food still felt authentic and full of true Hawaiian flavor. Coming from a family with roots in the Big Island and Maui, I can appreciate when a place captures that genuine island-style taste and atmosphere. One thing that really stood out was how they start you off with fresh in-house made pork rinds, similar to how Mexican restaurants serve chips and salsa when you sit down. It was a unique and welcoming touch. We ordered the spicy poke, Spam musubis, and a mixed BBQ plate with two scoops of mac salad. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The mac salad especially had that classic island-style taste that's hard to find done right. The staff was friendly, the decor looked great, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting feel. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for authentic Hawaiian comfort food.
