When I switched to a new company and gave him more than 10 days notice (I had already paid the premium for the month), FARMERS charged me an additional premium. TERRY refused to communicate with billing and said that there is nothing he can do about it. However, when I switched over from my former insurance to him, and that insurance company did not upcharge me, he was willing to write a letter to them, so he knows what the correct procedure is. As a realtor, I know that $345,000.00 cannot rebuild a 5BR, 3 BA property, if the property is damaged. The property was grossly underinsured and FREDRICKSON was charging me almost $200.00 per month for monthly premiums. As a realtor, I should have known better but he came highly recommended so I did not double check the numbers. Anyway, $345000 for almost $200.00 per month is a "JACK." In my more than 20 years of home ownership, I have never had a worse insurance agent. To make matters worse, FARMERS IS sending the upcharged amount to a collections company. And FREDRICKSON is still silent. His only response, "I cannot confirm nor deny," you have to check with billing. When I asked him for a verification and validation of the debt, TERRY was not even man enough to call. He emailed that I should check with biling.
