Van and Kim take the matter of serving their customers to all new levels. We've been with State Farm for quite a while now and thankfully we've mostly only added and removed autos or homes through the years. However, we have had to process some claims from simple windshield replacements to the most recent, an auto accident and total loss. State Farm has been very easy to work with and Van and Kim have been immediately responsive and gone to work, making calls, reserving rentals, processing documents, texting to make sure I was doing well after minor soreness, etc. Van also cares about all of your financial health and is always game to give excellent suggestions to take financial security a step further.
