He was friendly and cordial, however the rest of the appointments were for cleaning, deep cleaning, and more cleanings for about each visit. How much deep cleaning does one need over a span of 5 months? The hygenist was rough and untrained hurting my mouth. I did have one upper mouth night guard fitted which the Dentist did not do. I had much work to be done e.g. fillings, partials ect. But the scheduling and payments by the VA were for things the Dentist did not do. After this experience, I changed my dentist and got the real work done.

I honestly thought that they were great up until some overly sensitive employees took offense when I was not smiling and overly joyous during a visit and decided to lie and proclaim that I was unhappy and possibly angry about a copay which was only $30! I never once expressed discomfort or anger about the copay. The manager Ann called me and was very dismissive claiming that she's going to stand behind her staff and then offered to cancel all of my upcoming appointments without my asking her to do so. They also cancelled my husband's upcoming appointments without his consent or knowledge. AWFUL experience with this clinic and I do NOT recommend them! They do not care about their patients AT ALL!
