I've spent over $10,000 on 4 front top & 4 bottom opposing incisors, and they LOOK TERRIBLE. $2,300 of that was spent on a front dental implant. Lets start with the local dental lab which they use for crowns! THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF PRODUCING ACCEPTABLE NATURAL APPEARING OUTCOMES. After three attempts on 4 bottom incisors, I realized that the dental lab used is highly incompetent (probably the cheapest?). To make matters worst, the dentist didn't hesitate to permanently glue 4 new crowns, which looked exactly like the previously worn down teeth (57-years). The dentists standard of quality doesn't exist, otherwise he would not have accepted them from the lab and glued them in place. The dentist actually made three separate attempts, replacing bottom 4 teeth. He had a blank slate with no limitations. At several points, I complained & made suggestions (with notes, pictures and 1-year of ignoring my concerns). I explained obvious issues which he and the lab ignored. If he addressed my concerns on lower teeth, the largest tooth above them wouldn't be crooked. Now, I'll need to pay cash to fix what they screwed up. Since he refused to correct my issues and the causes he created, I advise anyone needing cosmetic dentistry to pay more and see a specialist instead. Pictures coming soon!

She did it and assumed me as a new paitent that it would be covered. You know the rest of the story, I got a bill for the panoramic that my insurance did not cover. So in my conversation with a real person I was told I had to pay it even though their hygienist said it would be free for new patients. It's just a huge conglomerate that is a money-making machine. Poor service, poor workman ship, I was told first visit I had needed a 1500 cleaning, when I went…read morein, the hygienist said it wasn't that bad and I was in and out in just the same time as a normal teeth cleaning, then like a chain grocery store I find out they do random specials and sales (which lowered the price but still high). Later on I chose a dental plan through Cigna who advertised Monarch as a primary representative provider. Fast forward a little over a year... I go in and ask for an extraction. Then when I go in for an extraction, they tried to up-sell me to a crown. I ask the cost, they tell me the price with my dental plan (on top of what I already paid around another 500), which I assumed was fair...The day I go in for the first round of crown mold and temp crown fit. The Dr said we can bridge this. I follow up with well what's that gonna cost. I'm already maxed out on funds for this. He says he will send the person in who can show me the numbers. The woman comes in and say with your plan and coverage we can do this for a total of this number (like 12-1500 off the top of my head its been a few years now). I follow up with are you sure because that's all I can do. I'm reassured that this is the price and it will work. So I sign and pay full amount that day. The first temp crown they put in was not properly trimmed and started to cut into my upper cheek. I come back in the following week to have it redone (just to hear the Dr. in the background raising hell for stalling the flow of business and not caring about the clients as people). During the fixing of the second temp crown, the hygienist loses a piece of metal that magically vanished (down my throat) causing more headache...fast forward again, bridge and crown set....fast forward few months... I get a plan denial letter saying they would not honor what Monarch said they could do...Monarch later sends me a bill wanting another 1000 dollars....Why would you tell a customer and sell them on a service you should've known wouldn't be covered and are now trying to hold me accountable for your mistakes, on top of the improper temp crown situations....later an arbitrator makes contact and I explain the whole situation and bring up the aspect of most likely seeking legal counsel. The arbitrator said she would look into the matter and follow up.....Never followed up almost a year later. I get a notice threatening to send off to a 3rd party collector....SEVERLEY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE PATIENT AND WILL FALSELY TELL YOU A PRICE JUST TO SCAM YOU LATER
