I found out that Gary and his guys have years of experience and are now mostly doing small jobs. When the work was done, he provided a well oorganized invoice and charged a reasonable rate. A few weeks after, one of the hose bibs failed. Turned out to be a faulty part. Gary corrected the problem at no cost to me. Super impressed. Been a few years since and no problems with the work. A few years later, I called on Gary and his guys to install and undermount sink and kitchen faucet in our kitchen remodel. Again he was very professional and did a good job. Two jobs well done. Having used quite a few contracting companies in the past and having great to not so great experiences in the past this one did truly stand out to me. The whole approach, end results, and work ethic was just so on point. I do perform smaller scale work on my own house and cars quite often (within my capabilities) and I felt that the work was done to the same standard as I would have done it (read my other reviews I am super particular about work done to my car, house, etc.). He is extremely honest and reliable and does high-quality work for a reasonable price. He takes the time to explain what is going on and the various options for fixing a problem -- much more so than any other contractor/repair person of any type that I have ever hired. His honesty and integrity are exemplified by yesterday's discussion while he was here on a bigger job. He looked at my heavily corroded shower/tub drain and said that for various reasons it did NOT need to be replaced. I expect that other plumbers would have jumped on that opportunity to make more money. Instead, Mike is quite honest and concerned about his customers. He asked me what do I want to do, service call or a new tank? I said you might as well install a new tank. So today he went with the new water tank and found out the old tank had a fixable small leak which he did. He only charged me a service call and returned the new tank. I'm telling you something that's incredible.
