The room was quiet, the food was fantastic- ordered off a tri-fold MENU like at a restaurant 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM whatever you wanted on the menu was there fast.

I believe patients needing a immunization booster (measles, tetnus, etc) need to know they will be paying the entire amount for the booster 9and it is expensive due to cost shifting). The shot would be covered at a pharmacy with a Rx called to the pharmacy by the physician. Because I was not informed of this policy, I had to pay out-of-pocket for something that is covered by my Medicare supp. insurance. It would have been better for me to get this at my pharmacy. All patients need to know this information ahead of time.

I went to this hospital back in September and it was very clean, husband said the same. Anyway, the nurses got my daughter's vitals, got her a room, got checked out by the doctor, and was ready to be discharged within an hour. I was flabbergasted when my husband texted me and said the doctor was already checking them out!! People don't realize how good they have it here, we are used to 10-14 hour wait times back in North Carolina.

Arrived at the ER approx. 9 PM on a Friday evening with SEVERE abdominal pain. The ER had one…read moreperson there waiting when we arrived. I had the routine lab done, blood and urine and a CAT scan done. Unbeknownst to us, there is no radiologist on duty in the evenings so there is no one to read your CAT scan! It gets sent off to TIMBUKTU to be read by some radiologist at another hospital who knows where. We wait for FOUR HOURS for test results. They had to call THREE times to finally get someone take a look at my scan. I could have died in that time; I was diagnosed with a very serious medical condition that came close to resulting in surgery with possible complications and death. I left with taking an antibiotic pill and pain med. After this experience, I would not recommend this hospital. If we need emergency care, we will go elsewhere in the future.
