There was a lady there when my Great Grandma lived in the nursing home part who we all loved. Her name is Stacy and she is now the Administrator. So happy to see she is leading this place because she took great care of my Great Grandma! We couldn't have asked for a better person! The love and compassion she gives while running the entire facility, is a lot of work, but she does it. The Retirement Apartments are also really nice. They are not Assisted Living so this is what lowers the price for people who need a little extra help but don't want to pay the price for Assisted Living. The staff have always been really great to me whenever I've been to the apartments or the nursing home area. We are fortunate to have Crestview in our hometown.

My bad rating is due to the admin staff. Stacy (Administrator) and Renee (DON) make a lot of mistakes. I don't believe they have a good grasp of Iowa Medicare law or Medical Practice Law at all. My recent experience with how they treated my father is unbelievably egregious. Do your homework and think twice before putting a loved one here. If you do, know your rights and the law at all times.

I get the blame for most of the 'bad' stuff. staff is most capable: Jen is a peach and does a nice job scheduling appointments around most of life's difficulties. The hygienists are professional and polite. the old office on Ohio is kinda cozy but parking is other than swell, expecting improvement at the new place. supposed to get new furniture too, think it splits between them and us.

Mind you, I was going back and forth to Iowa City for a month but mostly staying at the hospital with my mom, and was in terrible pain. My husband, Troy, knew Greg and Jenny and called them, explained the situation and they got me in about 30 minutes later. Been going there ever since. I have some health issues, unrelated, and they are always very kind and considerate. Ask how I'm doing. Greg, or Dr. MaHarry, is always very thorough in explaining what work that needs to be done. He's very straightforward yet polite at the same time. Which I prefer honesty and getting to the point. Just tell me what we need to do. If I had to come up with one complaint it would be the waiting to get in to be seen. Unless it's an emergency, then they will do all they can to help you. But I guess look at it on the bright side. Would there be that much of a wait if he sucked at his job? So I'll wait knowing the standard of quality I will receive while there. They won my heart and loyality when they showed me such compassion, without even knowing me, during such a difficult time in my life. I'm so glad Troy called them that day. Plus, Jenny just cracks me up. A fun and all around great place to go!

I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth extraction, but my experience was so much better than I ever hoped it could be. I was greeted with a smile by the admin at their front counter. Not many doctors will take the time to actually sit with you and answer your questions; Dr. Pearson not only did that, but called personally to check in after surgery. His nurses were both professional and kind. While I hope you don't have to have oral surgery, if you find you need to, don't hesitate to trust Dr. Pearson and his team.

Such a great experience besides the pain but they do make sure to five you pain medicine and that you understand your discharge information. I hadn't been to a dentist for years. I was terrified of going to a dentist because I had 2 teeth…read morethat lost the crowns. I had taken flomax and knew my jaw might not heal. I tried Aspen. Didn't go back. My blood pressure went really high and, as I said, I was terrified. I read s these reviews before going and dismissed most.Dr. Knight and his staff were nothing but professional. He put me at ease about the flomax and fixed both teeth without pulling them. On the wisdom tooth (Aspen wanted to pull), he said no, it was too close to the sinus cavity and he would fill it. He did a great job! I can't thank him enough! I have had several visits and each have been less stressful for me. I made an appointment for my husband. He said he was the easiest dentist to talk to! We both love him. As far as inappropriate remarks? NEVER! I think someone was being vindictive for one reason or another.

Came here for a cleaning while visiting Iowa. (First time). They took my insurance which was great…read moreand got me an appointment right away. They were not pushy for extra services and Juli the hygienist did a great job doing my cleaning, especially considering I have braces! Dr. Knight came in to check on me and found a tiny cavity I didn't know I had. He showed it to me and let me know that it wasn't an urgent item that needed to be fixed which I appreciated. Their co-pay cost for my insurance is much lower than California where I live, so I scheduled a second appointment for the cavity. Overall I had a great experience.
