My husband and I couldn't be anymore grateful for what Van Law Firm has done for us. On January of 2020, my husband was riding as a passenger in a work truck on the clock. Honestly, I really cannot thank the Van Law Firm enough for their job well done. This Firm gets the work done for real. They have such an incredible team of professionals. The attorney and their associates are very friendly, receive calls, returns any calls and reply emails as soon as they receive. In the past, I had an attorney in Michigan who took money from me but did not say how he spent the money. The job was not done and I could not even talk to him after hiring him. Never received my calls nor returned my calls or replied emails. So one night, when I got hit by a school bus, I had to go to the doctor to make sure I got checked out . The doctor did say that some pains may delay just to keep an eye on my health. I was involved in a serious, total loss, wreck right before Thanksgiving 2019. I contacted Van Law Firm aon a Saturday afternoon and by the next day (which was a Sunday) a Case Manager Karin was at my front door to go over what had occurred during the collision and to advise me on whether I had a solid case. After discussing my incident, Karin thoroughly explained what my next steps would be and Michael covered in detail the contract to retain Van Law Firm as my attorneys. I was in disbelief when I got rear ended in May of this year.I had just purchased a new 2021 Mamalona and I was heading home when a distracted driver decided to be negligent. Don't go to this office by far the worse experience of my life i had 2 accidents in my life i was told to go to this sandy van but not only did i never meet her i met with some woman named tanya, you can tell she is two faced. I never received a single phone call from my "case manager" Stacy or whatever her name was they never told me they were going to stop my treatment one day i went to see my doctor and i was told they couldn't see me anymore because my attorney didnt want me treating anymore then i called the office and the guy that answered me I couldnt even understand him he spoke so low told me something about limits. i was in the office once and i overheard her pushing a client to get injections he did not want or need just because the person that hit him had a lot of money in there insurance. oh and the fact that everytime i went into that office there was a different girl in the front desk doesn't look really good. dont she treat her employees good? why always a different girl? There are a lot of attorney's in Las Vegas that do personal injury. I chose Van Law after I had an accident and ended up in the trauma emergency room at UMC. This was my first time needing an attorney and I had no idea who to go to. I called a few attorneys that friends had recommended and wasn't impressed.
