Several voice mails were left for Mr. Tanner with no return call. This has been going on for almost a year now attempting to make contact with someone that will assist to no avail.

I have been in and out of therapy since age 5 with multiple Psychologists but never have I received such empathy. She will make you comfortable enough to open up about anything, almost as though you are speaking to your best friend. I have Medicare and I have found it very hard to find any competent Dr. who takes my insurance. I find this a blessing as I started seeing her when I had United Healthcare. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking any kind of emotional health issues or simply life coaching which she is wonderful with as well. She also referred me to my current Psychiatrist whom I have been seeing regularly for 13 years as well. There is nothing she will do in order to make her clients feel like they are top priority, which is a big self esteem booster. She also treats children and adolescents. We only interfaced with one other particular individual who has promoted herself with a title of which she is not. She ASSISTS someone who is licensed, but is not herself. Due to our insurance, we were not allowed to see the licensed professional. This assistants office was filled with items reflecting and promoting personal conduct she engages in, believes in, and only my child picked up on symbolism around the office I was unaware of. In the hour we were with her, she mocked personal beliefs and overtly undermined the role that a parent plays in the life of a child. Due to other circumstances, an attempt to reach Human Resources revealed that the one person lives in a different country and carries out their job remotely. By nature of what that job entails...living in another country means much is missed in the oversight and accountability of personnel. There are many others working here that we are unaware of their care for clients. So that has to be considered when help is sought.

This center is truly amazing. But I'll tell you why I only give it two stars. The clinical director…read moreof the addiction facility thinks you should have NO reason to miss class. It's a 9 week program, 36 sessions. For three hours a night, 4 days a week. It's three months long. It's extensive. It's hard. It's best for people who don't have a job. I lost one job because of it. I got a second job and they asked me "can you please tell them you have another commitment? We will write a letter for you to be on time". That's very generous and all, but I'm not OK with losing another job. I can't start demanding things at the beginning of a new job. Absurd. You want growth and improvement but you don't allow it if it impacts you being a little late or not being able to come sometimes. At some point, they need to accept that people still have jobs,kids and routines to get back to. I can't afford to not work anymore. They simply don't understand that. The clinical director will make you feel so guilty for not coming and she will claim "I can't make you feel anything". She also told me on a previous phone call that is recorded "I can excuse your absences if you call ahead of time". Today- I called ahead of time. She still gave me an unexcused absence. I said "you can't just give me an unexcused absence because you felt like it." Her response "yes I can because that's the policy". So you're telling me someone getting a job and HAVING to work AND calling ahead of time constitutes an unexcused absence? Even though that is what SHE told me to do. My first unexcused absence was medical. Which I have a doctors note for. And it was unexcused because I didn't call. Absurd again. If you plan on not having a job for 3 months, this is perfect for you. If you have a job, a family, workout routine, eating routine- this is not for you. It is best to find someone less invasive. The clinical director, Jenna, is very pushy. I have completed 8 weeks of this program and this is how pushy she is. If you miss (excuses or unexcused), your days get pushed back. You don't make up excused school days??? It makes absolutely no sense. I take my recovery seriously and at this point, it is hindering me more so than doing me any good.
