Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!

I originally believed I did not need a designer and was pretty skeptical about going with Arrow versus hiring out myself. After calling a few places, Arrow was the only company who took thorough measurements and followed up. The others came for the first walk through and I never heard back from them until I called them dozens of times over a course of weeks. Everyone last year was booked and busy, even Arrow, but they were the only company that remained professional and responsive. I probably could have saved some money going with independent contractors but I'm glad we didn't. The timelines they gave us were very realistic/underpromised and they over delivered. The crews were very professional, timely and thorough. Steve was out to the site often, checking in and any question or concern i had along the way I knew I could just text him and he was always responsive. They have a great selection to meet all price ranges and Steve was very good about helping to make design decisions but also respecting my aesthetic and budget. Months later, we had a minor issue with one of the under cabinet lights and Steve responded right away and to take a look/fix. It's nice to know if I had any issues concerning the work done, I could probably walk into Arrow kitchen and get some help. This was our first kitchen remodel, we did a lot of research before hand, we also did a lot to help save money (demo, plumbing, light electrical) and Arrow was very helpful in the entire process to get the job done. We live in an old house (1890 build) so I had a lot of concerns about unknowns...Steve was really knowledgeable about old houses which helped set up expectations with the process and scope of work.
