Unfortunately, I had an accident in my driveway, while climbing into the cab of the insurance company provided tow truck. Fell up the metal grate steps and gashed my leg. It seemed like a minor scrape, so we continued to Mike's. The damage was a bit worse than a mere scrape, so I asked Mandy, Mike's office person, if she had a bandaid. She took one look and got out the big first aid kit. She cleaned and bandaged the wound and urged me to visit urgent care on my way home. That is service far above the expected, and just shows the caliber of people associated with Mike Smith Firestone. Mike has even fit in emergency service on the car of a friend who was visiting from another state, making her car safe to drive home.
