Getting an appointment isn't too tough, though cleanings can be a few months out if you need to reschedule a standing date, but they also have a last minute appointment wait list and they can reach out to you via text, so getting something sooner isn't hard as long as you have some flexibility. They were covered in-network by my insurance (MetLife), and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment right away. I was also able to make an appointment for a cleaning the same week, since I needed one anyways. Every person I came in contact with from the receptionist to the assistants and dental hygienists were super friendly, gentle and helpful. Despite my rocky dental history (my childhood dentist wasn't great - so I have a mouth full of fillings and a couple of crowns), they were patient and made me feel comfortable and supported. I also really like the interior of the office. I think most dentist's offices are dreary and bland places filled with white, grey and tan walls and furniture, and random/outdated decorations. Not here - this place has a really charming bare wood interior with sparse but well-placed colorful pieces of art and big windows that let in the sunshine. Great experience overall - my only missing star is due to the cost. From what I can tell, they charge more than some other dentists (and I could always save more money)... but it might be worth it for the refreshing change of pace.
