Kyle was super easy to work with, he came in advance to check out the location, arrived on time for delivery and pickup, did not need help from us in getting anything in, and was extremely helpful and flexible in getting everything set up. It all worked perfectly, and guests were very complimentary. The prices were reasonable, and Kyle went the extra mile of bringing a few extra decorations which really helped our little retro arcade display shine. Highly recommended!

After 2 years of pandemic lock-down, my family was finally able to consider an in-person memorial…read moreservice for my late sister. We also wanted the service to be available online, so that friends and family from afar could join. Once event planning got underway, I soon realised that I did not have the time, skills, or equipment to run a proper hybrid event. I reached out to Yes Audio Visual asking if they could do A/V for a hybrid memorial service. James Haldane, the company owner, got back to me promptly, and affirmed that they do cover such events. Also, because memorial services are sensitive by nature, James himself took on the A/V for the event (rather than send an employee), just to ensure that everything was done with sensitivity and to minimize any mishaps. He was very professional, met me at the venue ahead of time to assess the capabilities of the venue, layout, internet, etc. He planned everything carefully ahead of time, and also came early on the day-off to do proper setup, testing, etc. Afterwards, I was supplied with a video recording of the event. A Zoom meeting video was also supplied, since the online component was webcast via Zoom. I highly recommend Yes Audio Visual and would gladly use them again.

I got married recently and requested a tent large enough for 50 chairs, two tables, a runner and an…read morearch and the erected a tent which was way too small! Even the arch was too large at the lowest point of the tent and would have damaged my flowers. When I got to the venue, they forgot parts of the arch and no one was around. I phoned the company and informed them the tent was too small and erected too close to the fence, they did absolutely nothing about it and I was told that it was the renters responsibility to determine the size of the tent. One would expect that they would be subject matter experts on which size tent to recommend and I would have happily paid for the correct size tent. This is totally unacceptable and cause me a significant amount of anxiety on my wedding they. I have written a formal complaint and phoned them and their response has been passive aggressive. I basically paid for a tent I couldn't use and my guests had to sit in the hot sun. One of my guests has health concerns and was really struggling with the heat. They do not communicate with you at all on the day of the event and just take off not checking in if you are okay with the set up. There is NO way I would have been able to fit everything under the tent. I am still waiting for their response. Please do not use this company because they don't take any accountability and just take your money! They will threaten you if you post a negative review and google you and go after your business, which they did to me.

You can pick from a bunch of fun props, and go in front of the screen and touch it when you're ready. It takes 4 photos and then prints them out right away. The best part was after we took our photos, I entered my email address and they emailed the photos to me right away. How cool is that? The prints are really great quality too.
