I had a list of 4 I wanted to try and visited Safefire because they had them and also great reviews. As a lady searching for my first pistol I was nervous about what my experience would be. Immediately my nerves were calmed by their professionalism and kindness. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I was treated with the respect I brought to the experience. As I worked my way through the guns on my list the guys in the range checked in about what I thought. After firing a few he inquired what the purpose of my gun is and I explained it is home defense. Maybe concealed carry at some point. He suggested a gun not on my list and I gave it a try. I fell in love and ordered the gun! Excited to get it next week! I'll likely take a class here at some point. I can't recommend Safefire enough!!!

You don't need a membership and after visiting them for 7 times they will give you a free range day. Me and my fiancé go shooting together here all the time and we both love it, even though it's a drive from us. But still cheaper than most places that will even charge you for bringing in your own ammo. At $27.50 for the entry fee being able to swap from the rifle to handgun range or 50 to 100 yard range all the way until closing is an amazing price in my book. That's really the only fee there is just entry fee unless you rent a gun from them of course or by ammo. It's $27.50 for adults, $15.90 for minors under 17, and $8 for non-shooting members.

After completing the safety video we paid our fee and the entered the rifle side of the range. A quick explanation of setting up the target with a choice of distances from 25 yds out to 300 yards. The range officers were very helpful and professional. They helped with sight adjustment on a new scope. The range was clean and safety was always a concern from the RSO's. The grandsons had a great time and learned more about firearm safety and safe shooting practices. Will return again with some handguns to try out the pistol side of the facility.

Btw I do think it"s only one rangemaster who is behaving like that. Before facing dishonest behavior from his side myself I did visited them multiple times and it's only one rangemaster who behave like a real a**hole. He's really doing good job noticing unsafe behavior but he is a real jerk and annoys people too. Whoever needs to find out the rude rangemaster just need to look at 01/04/26 date and review footage. Good thing you do have cameras there and figure out who's in charge and why he is jerk.

Mike (one of their weekend staffers and RSO) is a great guy to help with new shooters. $20 for all day use, bring your own guns, ammo, and targets; or rent a pistol (and buy the ammo for it) there.
