They finally issued the scan report on June 24 (18 days to do a simple report!) After I was told this morning that the report was ready, I went to my lung doctor to get the results. I found that they did not perform the comparison; instead, they only reported on the scan from Hendersonville. Premier Radiology has been bought by Grovecourt Capital Partners, a private equity firm that only seems to care about the bottom line!!

The Building is very nice inside. Free parking is available and it's easy to find. I was most impressed with the Front Office Staff. They are cordial, compassionate & caring. Dr. Harb's Nurse is sweet, polite & professional. Dr. Harb is funny, but thorough and knows his stuff. He too is very professional and precise. I was referred to him by my Nurse Practitioner(Susan Williams). The Staff called me to confirm my prompt appointment and within a week, I had my initial consultation with Dr. Harb. He pinpointed my long, overdue problem and recommended surgery to fix it. The surgery was scheduled in a very timely fashion and I am recuperating nicely. I thank God for Dr. Harb. If you're looking for a problem solver & great Surgeon, he's your Man! You Will Be Pleased!

Getting scripts filled is always a problem unless you take a physical printed paper script to your pharmacy. Any scripts being "called in" are a problem. the pharmacy almost never gets it. then when you call to get help, good luck getting a callback! If you do get a call back they aren't helpful at all. I'm currently waiting on one to be filled for 2 week now and after 5 phone calls it still hasn't gone through. Its not a pharmacy issue because i've had this same issue with 3 different pharmacies, the only common denominator is Heritage medical

They absolutely did. Every professional there told me they would tell me as soon as possible, only for them to forget. It was an incredibly dehumanizing experience and I received no empathy or apologies, only excuses. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human. They also recently changed their phone systems to make it impossible to speak to a human. If you call you will ONLY get a three minute phone tree and be asked to leave a message. You will NOT talk to a person. I am incredibly disappointed with the offices obvious distain for the people it's supposed to be helping.
