I've launched a complaint with Tennessee Health Facilities Commission. The billing information that they use to bill the insurance is different than the texted bills. Customer service is no help whatsoever! Barely speak English. They also take many weeks to text you the bill. And if the patient doesn't let the person who pays the bills know that they received a text, which looks like a scam, so why would they? It will end up in collections. Who ONLY TEXTS a bill without letting the patient know that's they only way they are going to get a bill?!!!!!
