Part of the issue was they couldn't see everything on the card. They were sharing the magnifying glass. They weren't sure what my name was for some reason. They asked me if my husband was a woman because they thought he had a female name. She kept mispronouncing his name. I don't know what that had to do with anything. They were trying to find out who was who on the cards. I even gave them my drivers license and they couldn't figure out who I was. They could've just copied the card and took care of things themselves while I saw the doctor. Instead, they made me wait for 40 minutes standing for about half of that because they couldn't get things situated. Why didn't they just let me go back and get everything taken care of while they were running my card? also, to beat everything, they wanted me to call the insurance company to see if they were in network. Such a beautiful building and wonderful staff, the front desk was really challenged!

BEWARE. Horrible, abusive billing, lack of proper care. They charged over $1k for "surgery on a…read morebroken toe", which NEVER happened, he never physically once touched or looked at any toe! ABUSIVE! Over all charged insurance over $3k to see my husband for 5 min for a broken hand (and charged over $900 to "treat the hand") to which he put a brace on it that is used for broken wrists! I called his office two days later to advise them that the brace was causing my husband MORE pain and they NEVER called me back. They don't care about patient care, they care a lot more about billing. BE CAUTIOUS when visiting, and check your statements!
