When I call that number I am on indefinite hold and forced to listen to propaganda about how great their company is supposed to be along with job advertisements and request for veterans to apply. So I just keep getting pushed as a walk in further and further out. people are added to scheduling as appointments and are getting seen around me. I asked the rude receptionist 2 times if I was coming up. I also asked if I could switch to a scheduled time, now that it's over 2 hours. The receptionist response is now I will still have to wait a while, even if she puts me in a scheduled spot over a hour from now. Lesson learned, schedule before you go. because instead of being accommodated into a scheduled opening. They leave you as a walk in. and you wait for hours. They don't gi a shizzz. and at this Wilmore Rudolf Urgent care. The receptionist doesn't care how you are sick. And absolutely doesn't care to help rectify a situation. Never again at this location.
