When I call, they're always there with an answer. If you're building something with LEDs, check these guys out. The only negatives: Custom orders can be delayed and they could do a better job of passing that info on. Getting a delivery with missing parts and a "B/O" scrawled on the packing slip is a let down. And quantity discounts aren't much of a discount, but they know their costs way better than I do so maybe it's all they can do. I like them, I buy from them, and I'm going to keep buying from them in the future.

That recliner arrived just before Christmas. It had /has an odd odor that is still detectable and the upholstered job is very shoddy. It's somewhat of a plaid and bilaterally it doesn't match. A woman named Kate said she would call me the following week and schedule a visit to "smell" ( I don't know ) the odor. No call or visit. I called the store a week ago and spoke with Steve. I recapped my story. Steve proceeded to advise me he has been there 5 years and has never heard of complaints like mine. I told him the odor is secondary to the bad upholstery job and I wasn't satisfied. Steve also proceeded to tell me he's having problems with a car mechanic . . . ."everyone has problems ". Not helpful. Now I will have to chase after Kate, I guess since she doesn't seem to return phone calls as requested.
