They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. If you could see how the trees looked before, you'd give them 5 stars, too

Dumping landscaping materials over onto some ones else's property is not cool and then not removing it after confronted about it. They lied about not touching our property in the end they did. If you want pissed off neighbors just use them. They will dust your vehicle and home out and park in front of your driveway as often as they would like. Broken water line fooding out the area.

Had we known a month before from them we could have made arrangements to cover this amount and this became a very stressful and financial burden . Thankfully I had stored enough food for meals to cover us for a month but we could not pay our monthly bills . We were depleted in our account . Their bookkeeping and communication was aweful . I wrote to them about our concern and they did not offer to spread the payment out to decrease the stress for us . I do not recommend this company .

Reality. I could not keep up on my yard like I wanted to. I finally gave up trying to take care…read moreof it all myself, work full time and take care of all the other things I needed to in life. Once I made the decision, I made the calls. Scheduled the people I needed to get the job done to my satisfaction. I am a bit of a perfectionist. I had so many different people doing different things, things that needed doing, but life was not any easier trying to schedule my day for services and getting all the pets contained so that they could do their jobs. Many of my neighbors use Ramey's, so one day I made the call. I needed someone to try to curb it all into one easy to manage service. They did just that. They are always courteous and on time. They call me before scheduling my weekly mow, my fertilizing and the bug spraying to make sure my 4 dogs are in. I never have to shut my dogs inside all day waiting for them to come. I know when and for how long. If a time does not work, they reschedule. They now take care of my business as well. They make sure I know if a sprinkler is out of service so that I can get it fixed. If my yard is having issues, they let me know what I need to do. I have a separate sprinkler company that does a great job at home and work, but Ramey's has gone above and beyond and they have fixed a few things on the spot when I needed them to. I also have someone who weeds and trims and cares for all the shrubs and trees and plans my landscaping...and they really try to work together. As I stated, I have tried other companies and services, but I had so many people coming and going I could not keep track of it all between home and work and trying to get the dogs in. I used a natural lawn care person for spraying and fertilizing and I was completely happy with them. But I needed someone who could do more. One stop shopping in a way. I had someone who mowed and trimmed only...and was very irregular at showing up. Making cleaning dog waste and toys a headache. And a spray company for bugs, trees and lawn care...they got a little too close to my rabbit hutch one too many times, even after saying do not spray near them! Ramey's has greatly simplified my life! There are other good companies out there, but this is the one for me. Yes, I still need a sprinkler company and someone to do the trees, shrubs and flower beds. But the three companies I have chosen seem to flow together seamlessly for me. And...the phone is ringing. It is Ramey's. Holiday weekend. Called to ask if they were coming today or if they were a day behind because of the holiday. Just need to know if I need to go home at lunch and put the dogs in. Service.
