From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The entire space is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels so calming and relaxing. I thought things may have improved in their new space. Nothing improved! The tech finally emerged from the back after they kept calling for her to come do a pedicure on a not so busy day. She was looking like they woke her up and she did a lousy job. She barely trimmed my cuticles and I told her that I'm not sensitive, that I wanted them trimmed more. She replied "your skin too soft". What? No lotion or sugar scrub rubbed on my feet or legs either! My toenails were uneven. She did not file the corners smooth after she clipped my nails. I had asked her to cut my nails and she said "you like short". I said "No, I just like them smooth and even". It was a disaster. Nothing was sanitized because I witnessed them going from customer to customer using same tools. She left to go start another pedicure before she had finished. Another one came and polished my toes. I brought my own polish and they even tried to take it. They just want money. She stared at me when she realized there was NO TIP. I will never go to this nasty nail salon again. What a ripoff and waste of time! Now the corners of my jagged toenails are pressing into my skin because she didn't smooth the corners.

I got the spa pedicure which comes with a massage,sugar scrub,and foot mask. The lady barely got any of the dead skin off of my feet and in between my nail beds because she half assed when she scrubbed my feet with the tool & didn't even use the buffer at all. I had to ask her to go back and scrub the bunyun on my toe,SHE ONLY SCRUBBED MY HEELS AND BARELY DID THAT! Again ,was being nice by saying that she's gentle but really I'm going to assume that shes lazy instead. She used sugar scrub only on the HEELS of my feet,didn't scrub my legs at all then an ogre looking lady who told the owner to take my picture when I refused to pay for a service I didn't/half received,lied and said that the sugar scrub doesn't go on your legs,since when they don't ? I didn't even get a foot massage nor did I get the foot mask and the lady wiped the polish off of my toes and redid them for like 10 minutes until I just told her I'm going to leave and no longer wanted her to continue my service. She rubbed lotion on my legs and called that a massage LOL,and put hot towels on there. I even had to ask her to fix the bowl to give me bubbles which is bare minimum. I asked if I could pay $20 or even $35 for getting my toes cut and shaped up and I guess for putting lotion on my legs and rubbing sugar scrub on my heels,they charged me $40 and I didn't even get polish on my toes. Then said I would be in "trouble" if I didn't pay as if they were going to call law enforcement. I'm going to assume she has her staff trained like slaves because while I was explaining myself they didn't even budge or say anything,just the ogre who was helping the owner to get me to pay. And again,told the owner to TAKE MY PICTURE lol, Wouldn't come back if this was the last nail salon left open in Spartanburg they obviously only care about the money not your experience as a customer. The customer service is non existent. The lady who did my feet was nice but I didn't need conversation,I needed my pedicure done correctly. I even asked if she could just go back in and scrub and massage my legs,she said "I did" when all she used sugar scrub on was the HEELS of my feet & again didn't massage it all,just rubbed it on there. If you did then why did the ogre say yall don't put scrub on our legs? Liars. Unprofessional,rude,nasty attitudes,didn't try to understand my side of the story or anything. I paid for a service I didn't even fully get just so I wouldn't get law enforcement called but no worries,my bank was already notified. They can ban me if they'd like,I wasn't coming back anyway. An hour of my time wasted I could've went somewhere else.
