From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The entire space is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels so calming and relaxing. I thought things may have improved in their new space. Nothing improved! The tech finally emerged from the back after they kept calling for her to come do a pedicure on a not so busy day. She was looking like they woke her up and she did a lousy job. She barely trimmed my cuticles and I told her that I'm not sensitive, that I wanted them trimmed more. She replied "your skin too soft". What? No lotion or sugar scrub rubbed on my feet or legs either! My toenails were uneven. She did not file the corners smooth after she clipped my nails. I had asked her to cut my nails and she said "you like short". I said "No, I just like them smooth and even". It was a disaster. Nothing was sanitized because I witnessed them going from customer to customer using same tools. She left to go start another pedicure before she had finished. Another one came and polished my toes. I brought my own polish and they even tried to take it. They just want money. She stared at me when she realized there was NO TIP. I will never go to this nasty nail salon again. What a ripoff and waste of time! Now the corners of my jagged toenails are pressing into my skin because she didn't smooth the corners.

I was driving to Spartanburg, so my mom offered to find a place close by, and she called to see if I could do a walk-in and have this fixed. They told her to just have me come in whenever, and they should NOT have said that. The woman who asked if she could help me when I came in had clearly spoken with my mom, so she told me to have a seat next to someone else getting their nails done, and they'd help me shortly. Chat, I waited about 50 minutes before anyone else even spoke to me. I felt like someone had put an invisibility cloak on me, because staff kept helping other people when they got done with their current client, and no one even addressed me. Finally, this guy told me to go sit at another table and he would do it. First of all, he got the dremel WAY too hot, and it really hurt. I was pulling my fingie away and holding my breath! Then, while it was soaking in acetone, he went outside CLEARLY for a smoke break, because he came back smelling SO bad. Then, when he actually did it, he was so rough with me. When he buffed with the block thing, he got more skin than nail, and now I've got an injury below my nail that hurt so bad when I took a shower this morning. Imagine if he'd done all ten nails! It was only $10, and it was an emergency, but for that wait and the bad experience, it should have been free. Also, another staff member came and sat beside the guy doing mine and kept singing and staring at my hands the whole time. It was weird. That said, the nail looks good, and the inside of the store is really cute. I wish that were enough to make up for this horrible experience. I've already told multiple people not to ever go here. I hope the staff reads these reviews.
