My legs were not like satin at the end. Instead, my legs had shorter hair, but the root was still there. The cosmetologist stated that maybe it had to do with my light skin hair. So the wax knows I have light hair? That doesn't even make sense!!! I made my hair stylist feel my legs the next day to confirm that I wasn't being dramatic. She was shocked that I was waxed less than 24 hours ago because my legs had so much stubble! I will not be returning, and quite frankly, am shocked that this company has expanded to so many areas.

I was driving to Spartanburg, so my mom offered to find a place close by, and she called to see if I could do a walk-in and have this fixed. They told her to just have me come in whenever, and they should NOT have said that. The woman who asked if she could help me when I came in had clearly spoken with my mom, so she told me to have a seat next to someone else getting their nails done, and they'd help me shortly. Chat, I waited about 50 minutes before anyone else even spoke to me. I felt like someone had put an invisibility cloak on me, because staff kept helping other people when they got done with their current client, and no one even addressed me. Finally, this guy told me to go sit at another table and he would do it. First of all, he got the dremel WAY too hot, and it really hurt. I was pulling my fingie away and holding my breath! Then, while it was soaking in acetone, he went outside CLEARLY for a smoke break, because he came back smelling SO bad. Then, when he actually did it, he was so rough with me. When he buffed with the block thing, he got more skin than nail, and now I've got an injury below my nail that hurt so bad when I took a shower this morning. Imagine if he'd done all ten nails! It was only $10, and it was an emergency, but for that wait and the bad experience, it should have been free. Also, another staff member came and sat beside the guy doing mine and kept singing and staring at my hands the whole time. It was weird. That said, the nail looks good, and the inside of the store is really cute. I wish that were enough to make up for this horrible experience. I've already told multiple people not to ever go here. I hope the staff reads these reviews.
