Amy answers her phone while working on you, speaks in Chinese to her daughter continually and I hate wearing a hair net. Procedure painful. Sparingly uses calming cream.

One tip: she stays pretty busy, so it's definitely best to book an appointment ahead of time if you can. The front desk staff were juggling a lot when I came in, she might be newer, but they were still super friendly and helpful and told me about her new baby. While I was there, they happened to have a same-day opening for a nail appointment, so I grabbed it. If you're planning to get your nails done too, just plan for an hour or a little more. However I will say I'm very vocal before starting and tell them always please done shorten my brows just clean and shape I like them thick and that always helps. I did have one time I didn't like it but I'll only ask if Rose is there to get them done because she's great and keeping them full. Just make sure to tell them what you expect before hand.
