One tip: she stays pretty busy, so it's definitely best to book an appointment ahead of time if you can. The front desk staff were juggling a lot when I came in, she might be newer, but they were still super friendly and helpful and told me about her new baby. While I was there, they happened to have a same-day opening for a nail appointment, so I grabbed it. If you're planning to get your nails done too, just plan for an hour or a little more. (Never did get to a pedicure) The product was thick and uneven with residue left on my fingertips. I had actually gone in the week before to interview their nail tech who was a darling woman. I questioned her about techniques and products. The pictures on line of her work were amazing. HOWEVER Nearly 3 and 1/2 hours later I paid $62 for just a manicure and left a $10 tip to be polite. THEN had to find another salon to FIX my nails. In addition, I had told Sue the owner, that I would be looking for a consultation for my hair when I came in for my nail appointment. At the receptionist counter I mentioned this to Beth as well that morning. The salon was not busy yet no one made the time. How this experience made me feel, personally, there is no need to explain.

Traditionally have been a wax customer but I've converted to threading ever since being recommended this place. I'm extremely picky with my eyebrows as I like thick full shaped eyebrows. However I will say I'm very vocal before starting and tell them always please done shorten my brows just clean and shape I like them thick and that always helps. I did have one time I didn't like it but I'll only ask if Rose is there to get them done because she's great and keeping them full. Just make sure to tell them what you expect before hand.
