Was on my way to cedar point when my car broke down on the side of the road in the middle of no where. I called several places to see if they could get me in, no luck. Unacceptable!!! So I take my car here for Tires and a oil change. Well little did they know I have a thing that plugs into my cars Obd2 and tells me the speed and everything that my car does, even if you don't have your seatbelt on it will tell you. To hard braking and more. Well I get a call from my dad asking me why I just passed him going about 70 mph I said I'm not I'm at the shops waiting room.. well long story short I look at my car app and it shows that my car was taken to 80 mph in a 35 mph zone!! So I show them and tell them and all they can tell me is that he said he did not think he was going that fast... SMH!!! This is so unacceptable! I called their main location and filed a complaint on them. Also They would not tell me the persons name that drove my car to give to the owner of the Company. I don't recommend going here. 'Update' They made it right with me and corporate and the store manager of this location was both very helpful and understanding of the situation. But people just be aware of any place that you take your car to get looked at that they are not out driving it like they did to me. But for the most part like I said the management and corporate did make it right. Still going to give them a low star rating do to the unnecessary speeds and treatment my car had done to it. read more

Gary and Eric are helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I love the fact they have a loaner car option. I believe I read that if you have a repair that is over $350, the loaner car free. The only request you fill the gas tank to the point of when you got it. I love the fact they have Saturday appointments considering I work Monday through Friday. They don't pressure you into spending more than you can afford, which I appreciate so much. I stop going to my dealership for auto repair because Van's works with me and not against me. Great service and selection. From sandwiches to tires they got you covered. I had a scheduled tire service which took no time at all.

Very friendly and always does a great job. Many times, the owner would have a joke of the day for me and always get me laughing.
