I was happy to be able to get my tires installed and balanced last minute and done in under an hour. The price was fair and the service was polite. The reason for 3 starts os the front tire was improperly balanced. At 65 -80 mph I had a death wobble it was so bad. I took it to another local shop and they added 3oz of weight and couldn't believe it was given to me like that. Lost my trust going forward. read more

The very worst place too ever being your motorcycle. They are nothing but rip offs. They never diagnosed the issue with the bike

I brought my 1979 Ironhead Sportster in for some work to be done on (about) June 7th. I was told they might be done by the 4th of July, but no later than Friday later that week. Today is July 25th, and they weren't answering the phone. I wasn't happy! So I got a ride down there only to find a sign on the door saying they're closed till August 1st! REALLY??? They could've given me a heads up so I could've been riding all this time! When I spoke to them on the 20th they had the NERVE to tell me they were still waiting for an ignition switch which should have been ordered OVER A MONTH AGO! So I've had to go all summer without a bike! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! read more

I ended up at Vans after noticing an oil leak while fueling. My boyfriend and I searched motorcycle shops nearby and this is where we ended up. The staff was exceptional and helped us immediately- no questions asked. They were able to repair a gasket on my 2000 Harley Sportster in under 2 hours. They sourced the part while we were there and were out the door to pick it up before we even left. Remember; this is NO APPOINTMENT and on a Saturday. The fix was affordable and the mechanics were helpful afterwards and provided useful information about the bike and even directions to get out of town. I can't thank them enough. read more
