I have money but like a more pedestrian look for comfort, however I was receiving no help from this woman with blonde hair who I think is in her 70s. Well, long story short, I had only about ~$600 in my hand and I needed assistance and was not going to get it so I cashed out. The manager of the store seemed genuinely concerned when I wrote an email but more wants to save the reputation of her store. They could have made another grand easily but the old woman with the blonde/white hair made me uncomfortable so I left with very little. This is very an unprofessional and inappropriately run outlet. I did my usual walk around the entire store to take it all in and then go back and start picking up the ones I like, trying them on in front of the mirror and asking for opinions. You need to speak up for yourself and not let the lack of assistance scare you from shopping here. If you don't look approachable, you'll be left alone. But if you smile and make eye contact, you'll be helped and sometimes you still need to ask. Left here with two purses and a wallet and have no regrets! I just went with a friend who saw a pair of Red Wing boots in the Old Port. I let him know about the Red Wing store so we met there and wow! They have a large selection of GORGEOUS boots that can be ordered in smaller sizes for women (yay!) with no obligation to purchase. My friend bought two pairs of boots and I'm waiting for my order to come in (again, I didn't have to pre-buy). The employees were beyond helpful, friendly and professional. The store is clean and they offer lifetime guarantee/service on the boots. There isn't a single hint of hipster in this place--just real, working class people buying good quality gear. The prices aren't cheap but these seem like they'll last (and many are made in the USA).

This store has two floors, first floor is mostly women's and second floor houses the men's apparel, children's, and items w/ additional discount. Workers are pretty helpful from what I've experienced and always super kind. They seem to have good inventory of all sizes, which is why I LOVE COMING HERE! Highly recommend!

The salesperson walked us through our results, explaining what it meant in terms of selecting sneakers, and asked what we planned to use the sneaks for, and if we had any brand preferences. (We did not.) We were each brought out 3 pairs of sneakers for us to try on and provide feedback. The funny thing about wearing Ill-fitting sneakers most of one's life is you don't know what good feels like. It took some walking around in the sneaks, trying a few more, conversation, and ultimately just trusting the salespeople know their running shoe (which they clearly do). I ended up choosing the very first pair I tried on, and my son, the third pair. However, if for some reason you get shoes that, after wearing them a bit, just don't feel right, you can bring them back within 30 days and work with the staff to find a shoe that does work, using an exchange or store credit for the return.

As you can see from the photo, it looks like the wrong product. So I marked that on the return. My return was rejected. Customer service tells me that this is my responsibility and this was clearly my fault and I have to pay. See photo of her email and the photo of the product. If they wanted it to be quite clear that the skirt pictured on the website could look absolutely NOTHING like the one they picture, then they should picture more than one skirt for the color range - or be more specific. Are the colors in it or not. On a previous purchase of a magic skirt, their website suggested to me that I pay the surcharge to exchange or return. I knew there were no returns, but nothing was said about exchanges I thought I could exchange. No go on that either. So I told her that I had paid it and I felt I should be able to use it on this purchase. The answer was again, no. She was very critical. Why would I purchase it? I think the better question is Why would your site suggest I purchase it?
