Worked with Conor the salesman... don't work with him. Traded in my car and got a truck August 5th and they had a ten day pay off period. My car didn't get paid off till September 8th. I just barely got my license plate for the truck after 86 days of possession. It's got to the point where my credit union said I have 10 days for them to get the title or changes will be made that will affect my loan. Conor said in person that he would have a visor sent to me in the mail because the truck didn't have one.... Have yet to receive that. As well as I haven't heard from him since the day I walked out with the truck (August 8th). Throughout the process I've called the dealership multiple times and they wouldn't answer. Being in the sales industry, this is not okay and seems like they only care about a paycheck instead of caring for customers. Would definitely not recommend doing business with this specific dealership, not because of the product but because of the people and how the processes has been. read more
