RPM was the only rental agency to actually contact me back, and they reached out to me in less than a day after sending my initial inquiry. Rental Agent Bonnie Louis did a great job in finding the time to show us the house and to work out the details of the lease within the necessary timeframe. And, it's a beautiful house in a fantastic subdivision too! I've had to use RPM's online maintenance request portal just one time due to a furnace issue, and the response time and follow-up to the problem was fantastic.
