Have you ever been angry that the insurance company you have been paying thousands to yearly now wants to screw you when you really need them!?  Same story for every claim because they ALL do it.  Whatever you have heard negative about Public Adjusters, throw it out the window.  Sasha is the real deal and an absolute necessity in dealing with today's insurance companies and adjusters.  The insurance companies will try and get you to accept a check as quickly and for as little as possible.  They DO NOT have your best interest at heart, and they DO NOT care if your home is brought back to the way it was PRIOR to the claim.  Sasha's job is literally the opposite of that.  He cares, he pushes back, he fights and then maximizes your payouts and takes on your insurance company utilizing his uncanny industry knowledge.  He'll play hardball with them and call their bluffs while referencing insurance laws and their fiduciary duties to the clients.  Sasha DOES NOT back down and quickly takes control of the situation so you don't have to.  His services are worth every penny just for him to deal with the Insurance company and whatever BS they are trying to shovel (for example, insurance company wasn't going to pay for my flooring in our entire 1 story house because he said it wasn't continuous which was ridiculous as flooring was same throughout, but Sasha took care of that)....let alone he got us almost triple what they originally wanted to pay us out so we could properly repair our home.  His small percentage is peanuts compared to the results and payouts he gets you to MAKE SURE there is enough to get your home back to prior to loss condition.
