Throughout this time, we reached out multiple times for assistance, only to receive surface-level responses limited to what we needed to provide, with little meaningful effort or follow-through on their part. After getting our local congressman involved, Wolfsohn amazingly discovered an error in their reporting of our withholdings, which forced us to start the entire process over again with an amended return. This was the third time the process had to restart, first due to two IRS errors, and finally because of theirs, which was the most critical since it started the IRS delay. What is most frustrating is that their error could have been identified back in March when we first sought their help. Had proper diligence been exercised then, this situation could have been resolved months ago. Instead, we are left paying the price for their oversight. We have been long-term clients, close to 20 years, and have always paid a premium fee, with the expectation that their professional tax services include not just data entry, but genuine follow-through and client support when issues arise. That is part of what we pay for. Unfortunately, this experience has shown us that once the paperwork leaves your office, the responsibility ends there. That is not acceptable, especially for loyal customers who have trusted them for years.

He gave me a super low number, I paid more just to be on the safe side. I was right. He's a super nice guy, but that is about it. They are not organized. I would never recommend him.

Since completing my 2018 taxes, he help me set up my LLC, breakdown my C-Corp, and apply for PPP loans. In March of 2020, Josh + his office sent out an email on a Saturday to all clients to go over what was covered under the CARES act- who was eligible for unemployment benefits, what loans were available for small businesses. I forwarded this email to my friends and they also found this information very helpful- their accountants didn't do this for them. It says a lot about what Josh and his team does for his clients. Josh and his team are much more than just "tax accountants"!

Taxes…read moreprocessed and all of a sudden we received notice that our refund was on hold and we owed money to state. Went into the office and manager helped and confirmed she would re-process. She never did, office closed for the season and called and wrote corporate several times with no reply. End result husband got wages garnished and we had to pay another tax office 700 additional bucks to refill. Turns out state owes us 1,700 now but it cost me 1400 after filing twice to get it. These people don't know what there doing and are the worst.

I've used their services for years cause clearly i'll never learn my lesson. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. Whenever i am looking for a job, i am asked to come in, fill out a job application and meet with their headhunters. But i've used their services multiple times. Why is my info not saved in your database? The odd part is, i keep getting asked to come and interview with the same headhunter over and over again. You've met me already. How many times do you need to look at me to perform invisible biased? This means judging me by my looks, height, weight, ethnicity, and whether i am perky enough to send out, etc. It goes on and on. Here is the thing, if they want to collect resumes to sell them to third parties for $$ (allegedly) they should say so. Its so pathetic, unproductive, and just an insult to constantly waste my time and yours to provide false hope. This place is so packed and busy because they are so skilled at creating this illusion they are in high demand with tons of jobs, as if they are placing jobs for everyone in all of NYC and some parts of NJ. That couldn't be the furthest thing from the truth. They are actors getting a paycheck to appear as busy bodies. Sign me up. I wanna get a paycheck and do nothing all day. The last time i was in here, i let the headhunter have it. I called him out on his BS. I told him: Do you seriously want to get me a job or just waste my time? Do you want commission $$ or not? All you do is collect resumes. I've used your services so many times and its been nothing but a dead end. You don't think its odd the last 4 times i used you, i ended up getting a job all on my own? He gagged in silence and just couldn't take my brutal honesty. I wonder how he pays his rent because he surely is not helping anyone in the 5 boros land a job. To close things off, i ended up finding a job all on my own the last 5 times that i was in the market. That is 5 times they missed out on their commission $$ (thousands of dollars). Here is the thing, i am your secondary client. The firm you are recruiting for is your primary client. I get that. But when i send an email asking for a status update, i expect a response. Typing: NO UPDATE is easy. No one is asking for their first born child or a blood sample. I drop to drop everything for them, but they can't type a 5 second email to provide a status update? Really?!? Every time i ask if they are working on any new jobs, i get dead air. This firm really has a pair of elephant sized balls. How they don't bleed when he walks is beyond me. Just unbelievable. I wish them well even though they missed out on commission $$ 5 times in a row. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

She's always calling and emailing to find out how my job search is going and to give me details on new job openings. She has already gotten me 2 interviews. I interviewed for one job I didn't really like but she found me another interview at another company not long after that. Let's see how this 2nd interview goes...
