The staff was absolutely amazing. I was greeted by a valet who was actually waiting for me. My boyfriend did let them know to expect me and that I would be arriving in a certain car. They immediately came up, loaded my bags, and showed me to where he was waiting for me, which was much appreciated. They were very attentive. They were quick to bring the car around. I did not meet the front desk staff, but my mom said they were very nice, very informative, very attentiveand avaible if we needed anything. The Margarita Vacation Club has two sides. You have a more Beach theme side and an ultra-modern side. Due to our decor preference, we chose the more modern side, and it was absolutely amazing, designed and decorated, spotless, sleek, spacious, and exceeded our expectations for sure. The space looks exactly like the photos online. We had a beautiful suite. I can't remember which floor, but we had a view of the city. We could see the Ferris wheel just outside our window. It was just gorgeous, perfect cause we got a lot of natural light into the space. Extremely quiet, the bed was comfortable, the water got hot, and the water pressure was great. I mean, we had no complaints at all. It felt like home away from home, which was what we were looking for. We probably slept on the couch more times than not. The kitchen was the perfect addition; we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. We did go downstairs to have drinks, but they didn't meet our standards. They were very basic. If you're looking for something a little stronger or a wide variety, there are tons of local establishments nearby. This hotel is located in a great area. This location is pretty much within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and entertainment. You could take an Uber, but everything is a quick little walk. This is a perfect location, and if you're not looking for it, you will overlook it. You would think it was an apartment complex, and I love that it was so low-key because prior to staying here, I never knew this was here. 10 out of 10. Recommend it is family-friendly. They do go up to three bedrooms. Ideal for family trips, getaways, or staycations. Wonderful place with wonderful people working there, nice, quiet, and clean, no complaints. This being one of the newest Margaritaville properties u can tell because everything is nice & new. Good size pool area, nice & relaxing, they have a bar here u can grab snacks & drinks. During the hot summer days while lounging in the pool they give out ice pops nice & refreshing, also popcorn to snack on not bad. Overall this was a an enjoyable stay, decent location & as the area gets built up it probably will get better as time goes on. This is a location that we are likely to visit again.

As a Forth Club member, I expect professionalism, hospitality, and basic human decency from the staff and management. Unfortunately, what I saw made me seriously reconsider my membership. A African American female guest was waiting for her friends who had invited her. Her friends were delayed in traffic, and from what I observed, her room and information had already been verified. She had already been there for nearly two hours without issue. Instead of handling the situation with patience or professionalism, Brian was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward her. What made it even worse was hearing Brian say, "I am trying to be nice." Respectfully, that is quite literally the job. Hospitality is not a favor it is the standard. Then he told her, "You're arguing with me," when from what I witnessed, she was simply trying to understand what was happening and why she was being treated that way. We chatted earlier and she was the nicest human. As a white woman watching this interaction, it was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly disgusting to witness. The way she was spoken to and treated felt completely inappropriate, especially for a hotel and club that markets itself as elevated, inclusive, and hospitality-focused. There was no need for the tone, the attitude, or the level of disrespect shown. A simple guest situation could have been handled with grace and professionalism. Instead, it left a very bad impression... not only of Brian, the new management hospitality group, but of the culture being ALLOWED at The Forth Hotel. This experience has genuinely made me rethink renewing my membership and whether I want to continue supporting Forth Club. I like older buildings with character, which this one had, but everything also worked well in my experience. Staff was all helpful, including getting the door when they were around the entrance, even though we weren't using the valet. With a certain international soccer tournament going on, they set up an extra projector in the lobby area. The pool was medium sized, and no hot tub, but having an outdoor pool area at all at a downtown hotel is uncommon.

Because the job opportunity was temporary, we knew we didn't want to sign a 12ms lease anywhere, nor did we want to arrange for our personal furniture to be transported from NY to ATL (as we intend to return back to NY eventually). So I did some research and discovered TP! J.M. (director of sales) was absolutely phenomenal in assisting my family and I with finding the perfect apartment. J.M. was kind, professional and very patient, as my family and I explored the options that TP had to offer. Eventually we settled on a beautiful apartment with an incredible view located in the upscale Inman Park neighborhood of midtown Atlanta. You can not go wrong with TP! Since we moved here, the entire staff (including B.C. , the Vice President) has been accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we have. They work really hard to make life easy for us and it is so greatly appreciated. I can honestly say it has been smooth sailing since the day we moved in and I am so glad we can say that we made the right choice. We have been here almost a year and have decided to extend our stay since my husband's contract was extended. I would recommend TP to anyone looking for a short-term apartment in Atlanta!

All I knew is that we had to be no farther than 15-30 minutes driving time from the Lakewood Heights area. I was very anxious about renting a place for that length of time sight unseen, but I shouldn't have worried. TP Corporate Housing found us a wonderful apartment in Old 4th Ward, a two-bedroom with lightning-fast WiFi and (on most days, as Atlanta traffic is... well, Atlanta traffic) less than 15 minutes to Lakewood Heights. There were a couple teeny minor things- the finish in one of the sinks was peeling off, and the shower door didn't close unless you really tugged at it, but they were so minor, and were more than made up for by the spaciousness of the apartment, the great light, the garage parking, the fabulous location (right across from a park and steps from the Beltline), and the consideration given to the furnishings and household supplies. We didn't need to bring anything other than our clothes. We had a couple instances where we needed to reach out for minor maintenance issues, and TP responded very quickly and sent someone out to fix the issues in less than 48 hours. We were very sad to leave; we'd grown very attached to the apartment (and to Atlanta). I'm very grateful to TP Corporate Housing for helping make our stay a good one.

It was downright spooky to almost never see others who lived there. I never saw any drug dealing or prostitution or police. And as for sex offenders, who gives a damn? The owner just knows how to mind her own business and all the money is green, right? Who started all the hype on registered sex offenders anyway? It's the uncaught, unregistered idiots you have to worry about. If you need a place to stay for a while, don't hesitate to use LOB. If I needed it, I'd go back in a heartbeat.
