Before vape 108, having to go to the vape store was such a chore for me - as anyone who's vaped for a while knows, a lot of these kinds of places are really badly managed, with staff who don't know the answers to your questions, poorly displayed products, and an overall awkward vibe. I am happy to say that is absolutely not the case at vape 108! I genuinely enjoy going into the store every time i need to re-up on my nicotine now that I've been going here for a few years - truly have never had a better vape shop experience!! The shop itself is very nicely set up, with a nice fishtank, large on-screen displays of deals and new arrivals, and a few places to sit and vape (or just to test your disposable out before leaving the store - which they encourage!) They have well-lit and organized displays of a huge range of vaping options - everything from box mods, to a great variety of juices, to coils & mouthpieces, and of course, any disposable worth its salt (pun intended) will be in stock there. Not to mention that if they don't have something you're looking for, you can let them know and they are often kind enough to try to get it in stock on their next supply delivery. All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and have given me some really great recommendations over the years. Their prices are around the average for this area from what I can tell, but the service that comes with it makes it worth it! they also often have special deals, and unlike most places, their customer rewards program actually gives you decent coupons pretty frequently! When I was told to give up cigars, vaping was suggested. I went to a few shops close to my home. I'm neither cool or trendy, nor into the places that are more headshops than vape shops. I ended up buying crap with no one explaining how it worked or a flavour I liked. I accidentally found Vape 108 and haven't gone elsewhere. On my first visit, I explained I wanted to learn about vaping, had some bad experiences and went from there. Not only did they explain how to set up my old vape but did a tasting so I found a flavour I actually liked. It's going on 4 years and I haven't considered going elsewhere. Great shop, very knowledgable staff, what looked like some comfy places to sit around and vape, if you're into shop chilling. I didn't catch their names, but the 2 guys there were super nice and helped me clean a leaking Kanger Subtank. Got some great juice descriptions from them and picked up a couple awesome juices, which i am now thoroughly enjoying. Extremely poor customer service. I bought a tank from them and it leaked. I wen back 15 minutes later and they said "sorry we will not replace it because it had juice in it!" How the hell am I supposed to know if it leaked without putting juice in it? Trust me, there are other Vape shops around town that you should go to. After being to three vape shops in different areas and having very poor experiences at all of them, I found Vape 108 through a co-worker referral. Let me first say that education is everything. When you are buying something for the first time you should get a proper education on what you are buying and how to use it. Hunter helped me when I visited. He provided me with a very thourough education on vape tech and what would be best for my level of vape experience and what would work for my nicotine intake level. He then provided me with a detailed comparison on good choices and got me started on a vape that fit my needs. He never pressured me and never made me feel stupid about not knowing things. He was most concerned with making sure I was getting started the right way. This is by far the best experience ive ever had shopping for a vape. Great service and education. My favorite shop. They go above and beyond with their service, and are always willing to spend time to make sure you know how a new product works. They also run a free coil building class every few weeks. They prices are on the low end, and the people are friendly. I never write reviews, but I tell ya every time I go to Vape 108, you should be writing one hell of a great review!!! So, I'd been to numerous stores prior to stopping in at V108, telling supposed professionals (managers at that) what I was looking for. The "faulty garbage", they sold me (which they later admitted to knowing these 50w mods had numerous glitches with yet still insisted it was the best seller&best fit for me, literally screwed me out of hundreds and hundreds of $$$! Basically selling manufacturer defects wonder if they were even authentic. Went back with receipts brand new mods in boxes, no refund no exchange. Keep in mind I called this chain store prior to going in as well as emailing corporate office! Bad drip tips, missing merchandise from other products, ya know the one by Schlotskies deli in west allis, that's the chain store to stay away from!!!!! TO THE GREAT PART!!!!!! Went to Vape 108, frustrated and still pulling screws out of my butt. "EVERYONE", and I mean the whole group helped explain to me what was wrong with these mods. They took a lot of time and they didn't even selle the broken garbage, do you know any other store that'd do that for a customer. It was a first for me!!! V108, had already pulled these exact 50 watt mods off their shelves weeks prior to my visit and ate the loss just to be sure they didn't ever have any unhappy customers AND when they did carry them they'd actually return them for their customers!!!!! They won't sell any battery or mod that isn't authentic without labeling it as such, you never have to worry about walking out with a fake. That's GREAT GREAT BUSINESS!! When you walk in it's fun relaxing and talk about attention to detail! No matter how small or silly a question is they walk you through the entire process! You can tell them your flavors you like, they'll pull 20 and have You sit back relax and try them till you fall in love with "your flavors"! They fully explain how to fill and care for your tanks top to bottom, which could work best for how your vaping, they will spend hours with you fitting you with the perfect mod, battery and even explain to you proper care, how all functions work on your model and even proper charging methods for mods, whatever it is your looking for!!! If you see them all busy pop a squat relax and vape and wait for them to finish helping their other customers. I have been going to vape 108 since they have opened. There prices are one of the most reasonable in the area. For those of you who complain about price please remember internet resales have more buying power so they get discounts on there wholesale prices above what vape 108 gets. It could be much worse went to a vape shop 20 minutes from my hometown this weekend....$75 mod selling for $110 there. As far as tanks leaking goes in a previous review....yes there are some tanks that can ship with a bad seal and most of those they can fix. Lets face it 95% of vaping equipment is made in china so quality control is not always the highest. read more

We have been in there everyday for a week asking questions and not buying anything and they take the time to talk to you. I am traveling from out of state there was a guy named Kevin who works there he did not acknowledge me as I came in to the establishment the other employee was busy with another client. Finally as I'm the one that acknowledges Kevin I asked for assistance he was not very helpful at all. although he had the knowledge to help me ,he possesses, unprofessional mannerism he was not willing to assist me therefore it forced me to call my Vape shop in Las Vegas to get the assistance get the knowledge of what it was that Kevin had in the store . Kevin should have did the job and assisted me with. I also want to include that there was a client in the store who actually is the one that did the entire job for me along with the Vape store in Las Vegas I would absolutely not recommend this Vape shop to anybody at all. I've verified with Kevin , was he the owner? He said no . There for I hope bad the owner reads my review and reconsiders having Kevin work there any longer ! I started going here shortly after they opened and was a new vaper. I go there often to get supplies only because I don't know where else to go. I am an avid shopper and am loyal to places that stand behind their products and offer great customer service. THEY DO NOT I have bout a few items from them that have been defective and I am just stuck with them! No returns, no exchanges. Horrible customer service except from Goose. No one ever has time to help me when I go in. I live down the street so really wanted to like this store but cannot stay loyal to a business that will not exchange or return faulty products and on top of that has poor customer service.
