I always go to this smoke shop as a customer and Samantha always has what I needs and is always super nice, we get along well and I can say she's an amazing employee. Today I went in and an employee named Jared gave me bad customer service. I used to be an employee at Vape City about a year ago and I was going through a rough patch. He asked me how i've been doing in life and if I am still "always tired". I don't work at this company anymore.
