Great smoke shop. They actually have two locations, 1 on Alta mere and one on McCart ave in Fort Worth. They have so many locations around Texas so it's really great. They have a large variety of rillos, cbd, thca, gummies, shroom extract and etc.. they also have a huge variety of bongs, hookah equipment, lighters and all your smoking needs. The people who work here are pretty cool and have a lot of knowledge about what you are smoking and the different products. They also offer candles, incense and anything you need to clear out any smell from smoking the flower. Lastly, they have animal cbd oil and gummies for your dogs and cats. I thought that was so amazing to know for those who have older animals who may have pain; or even animals who struggle from anxiety and depression. I do like the interior design of the shop pretty spacious and big and very well organized. I hope you enjoy trying this shop! I try different shops and it's always cool to see which employees love their shop the most and truly enjoy being there. I believe they truly enjoy their job and what they sell. read more

I take back ANYTHING good I ever said about this place. I have spent hundreds of dollars here on 2 Lookah products that are not only over priced, but no accessories or even the same coils that came with the product. But then the main part that made me write this review. The man who had worked over the weekend on the night shift - more on the thick/heavy side, colored hair, might even be wearing some sort of make up (I could care less, just to give a description for reference), knows absolutely nothing about any product. When you ask about something not only is he not knowledgeable but it seems like a chore. I got so frustrated with how he talked to me after I asked about a second item, I left. I would much much rather drive all the way to Arlington before I ever come back here. read more

Well I have to say Vape City has been the most helpful and understanding especially in my circumstances. I am disabled and it is hard for me to get back and forth. I have to plan when I go somewhere thoroughly because I can't just go back and forth like everyone else can. They were very understanding and very accommodating. Plus they were willing to answer all of my questions and was patient at waiting to see if I had any other questions. Gotta say this store is one of my favs and my "go-to" so to speak when I'm in the area. The staff is fantastic!! They are always friendly and quite knowledgeable about what they sell.
